Al Barsha Mall located just in front of Al Barsha Park and opposite to Al Barsha Health Centre. Very nice and beautiful mall with All amenities like Union cooperative, Sparsh and many other amenities. It has excellent food court with all kinds of food.

Last not least it has children play stations, where children can enjoy their time, it's paid

Its a small but relatively very good mall with multiple restaurants, coop mart, famous brands and banks situated in it.

Its a community mall for residents of Al Barsha.

One of the good malls in Barsha, having variety of Banks & ATMs with easy access, some good fast food restaurants, flower shops, good gym, Union COOP hypermarket, important legal and governmental offices, and etc … the only thing I dont understand is why they didn’t do the parking only underground and benefit from the full space of the ground floor instead of keeping us confused weather we go right or left.

A local mall, a few storeys high, with undercover parking and some small outlets on the lower floors, and more shops on the upper floors. This mall has a food court, kids rides, arcade games, Gold's gym, a Union Coop, and various other food and clothing stores. There's also a health clinic, pharmacy, a forex money changer, and additional RTA parking outside.

It's a good sized unpretentious mall, not lavish like an Emaar mall, that caters well enough to serve the local community and their families.

Nice experience of shopping with family, play area for kids available there.
Huge Union Co-op store is another plus point.
This is best option in Al Barsha, if you don't want to go to Mall of Emirates

A big play area, a union coop, a beauty salon and some others. Perfect for a mom with toddlers. Do the Kurds at the play address and go finish groceries and do your nails. Oh there is also a gym If you work out frequently

I really like this place. It doesn't have that holier-than-thou feel like a lot of other malls here and I find most of the eateries to be reasonably priced. Plus rides and stuff for kids.. Shopping for groceries has never been more fun.

Good, neighborhood mall with an excellent supermarket and a few nice dinning options. It's a meeting place for local and expat moms/wives in the area. It's also a convenient place to things like register a tenancy contract, renew a car registration (testing onsite as well), setting up a phone connection and other errands.

Al barsha mall is quite a small but lovely mall.
Located not far from Ramada Chelsea Hotel where I was staying at the time.

I found it really easy to just stroll down to the mall to get snacks and groceries.
It's also a nice place to meet new people and hangout.

I like this mall because it's not too big and in the second floor you will find Alittihad market (union coop) which sells everything and the price looks good.

Nice small with good outlets & an average food court but the good thing is that it is being expanded.👍👍

This mall is famous for Union Co Operative. It is one of the famous retail chain in Dubai. It is also famous for fresh bakery items and variety of vegetables. They have a loyalty program to facilitate regular customers and it is very good.

Fresh fruits and vegetables and almost everything is of good standards. Comparatively more clean environment . But they don't have chicken cutting facilities like LULU.

A small to medium size mall. Has Emirates ID typing office but no Medical Insurance facility. Union Co hypermarket is large size and good prices and variety. Food court is medium sized, kids play area and rides are nice.

Nice compact mall! I always come here when I need something specific quickly or when I need to visit the money transfer without getting into the hassle of fighting for the parking spot. There are a lot of restaurants and few coffee shops inside too. And a huge Union coop, a few perfumes and cosmetic stores, gifts shops and some computer shops. Not supposed to be for serious shopping but good for easy access if you want anything from these options mentioned above

Its the best place and very less crowded as compared to other malls in the vicinity. Its best for your monthly grocery shopping visit because they have union corp which is as good as other hypermarkets. They also have Gold Gym and direct access to it as well.

Good small mall. Dominated by Union Co-op, one of the biggest of them. A few good eating joints and a normal food court, with a decent kiddie play area (indoor ferris wheel and merry go round are cool).
Weekend tip: Union Co-op will be super crowded.

Very convenient place for an easy shopping experience. Union coop on upper floor is an easy grocery shopping reach. Emirates Islamic branch on ground floor is by far the easiest point for bank transactions in evening hrs or all day long. Good options for kids day out however less options for multi shop experience from larger malls such as DM or MOE etc.

This is a good local mall serving the Al Barsha area. It is a rather clean medium sized shopping mall with a co-op store good for groceries, several banks, restaurants, a Gold's gym and many more. It also serves as a government office facility where any type of bills can be paid. It also has a vehicle inspection centre where registrations can be done. And probably most important, it has a kids play zone with fun rides.

The mall has both indoor and outdoor parking.

Nice small mall , a little bit confusing at the first time because it has two parts connected only in the first floor through the CO Union . I go there usually to visit cheeky monkeys play area where they have a kids salon inside as well. French bakery is also one of my spots at this mall to order birthday cakes . Good variety of shops for quick needs and the CO Union is clean and organized. Parking is fine it gets full during the weekends but in the mornings it should be fine.

Pretty good spot for quick groceries and little bits and pieces with easy parking.

Food court doesn't have a lot of variety, but the Co-op supermarket is massive. A few other smaller shops and pharmacies are around. Not great for clothes or anything like that, but for most grocery shopping it's great.

We go there for "Well good" flour gluten free because this is the only place where you can find. It is not available in any other COOP outlet. There are big variety of gluten free egg free wheat free products for food intolerances children.
