Just want to say what an amazing experience and what made it even better was the friendly and professional stuff that went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the service. Natalia Itani was the person I was dealing with and because of her I'll be using you guys for sure. So make sure you look after her and appreciate her. As a business owner myself I know that it's very hard to come across good workers and she is the definition of one. Thanks again 👌

My friends and I recently travelled from Sydney Australia and hired 5 vehicles from Parklane. These were a Red Ferrari 458 Spider, a Black Ferrari 458 Spider, a grey McLaren 570S, a black Mercedes Benz G63 AMG and a black Audi A6.
Before hiring I did a lot of research as there are a lot of exotic rental car companies in the UAE. After many hours of this I came to the conclusion that Parklane offered the best overall package. They had a reasonable hire price as well as reasonable insurance costs. There were other companies that offered cheaper daily rates, however the insurance premiums and terms and conditions were ridiculous and not worth it if the worst was to happen.
The staff at Parklane were all very professional and friendly. These included the office staff and drivers who dropped off the cars. They answered messages swiftly and were really helpful in all aspects of the rental process.
For an extra charge, Parklane also was able to pick up and drop off in Abu Dhabi even if the cars were initially hired from Dubai. This was something that needs to be organised prior to hiring.
In terms of the vehicles, they were all in a great condition and very clean on delivery.
The Ferrari was amazing to drive! It was definitely my favourite because I have always wanted to drive one. The 488 Spider has an elegance about it and is fun to drive.
HOWEVER, if you’re after something with a far superior performance, I would go for the McLaren 570S. Simply put, this thing is a beast! It sounds much louder and more aggressive than the Ferrari and takes off a lot quicker it might not have the Ferrari badge that grabs people’s attention but the butterfly doors will still manage to do that.
The Mercedes Benz G63 AMG was a little underwhelming to drive - but maybe this was because I had it after driving. It demanded attention but compared to other Mercedes SUV’s I’ve driven, it didn’t feel as luxurious inside.
The A6 was a pleasure to drive. Very smooth and comfortable. It also had a unexpected high performance.
I would 100% recommend Parklane for anyone looking to hire exotic or luxury cars in Dubai or Abu Dhabi because of their competitive daily rates, reasonable insurance premiums, helpful staff and range of vehicles.response / report this review -

The WORST car rental company I have ever dealt with in Dubai. Won't return my deposit, won't reply to emails or messages. Out right ignoring. Will be seeking legal advice after their clear breach of contract! AVOID AT ALL COST! They will scam you.
