This place only have costumer service for robbing you off your moneyand unreasonably loads of it, as e mails with complains and basically anything not related to invoice settling gets ignored! I am still waiting for response of what exactly justifies charging 500 GBP and UP(!) for dinner for 2 people?.. ( talking about overpriced) And no, I am not planning on ordering the most expensive wine or something like lobster or caviarin fact i am not even given choice! This is their MINIMUM charge for their "Valentine's day package"! Can anyone advise us please what are they providing there as I don't think that complimentary cup of liquid gold is on the menu? As someone who booked table 3 months in advance I was at least expecting establishment who think they are " paradise "on earth and dares to literally rob customers during daylight honour the fact that they are ruining someones travel experience and reply to emails. Perhaps they should be reminded that they are just a catering establishment who is there to serve

Lovely setting but average food for the price. I have eaten in far superior restaurants for a fraction of the cost although it has to be said that most of our bill was alcohol (We had a bottle of wine and 2 cocktails in total). I would save my money and eat elsewhere.

The ambience in the restaurant is very good, and the aquarium is unrivalled. So, if you want a place with a good theme and a lot to look at then this is good bet.
However, the chef isn't quite as good as he thinks he is. Plenty of talent, but hidden behind considerable self importance and wasted effort on a front of house staff that spend too long talking about "gastronomic experiences" and too little talking about the actual food.
And on the staff. They're attentive when they shouldn't be - happy to interrupt your "gastronomic experience" with irritating chat, and nowhere to be found when you actually need them.
The prices are high, even for Dubai, and not justified by the quality of the food or the service. All in all, you're better looking elsewhere unless you really value a great aquarium with your dinner!

We have been dining here and at Burj al Arab's Al Mahara. Both aim to give similar experience but the Atlantis Ossiano did it on a higher level. The atmosphere, the interior is even more fabulous, the level of service is very high with experienced and better educated waiters. They food was really a fantastic gourmet experience. My son unfortunately got food poisoned and had a bad night afterwards that is why I gave 1 star minus. I gave another star minus for one of the waiters had a heavy smell of sweat. His colleagues should have told it to him. The restaurant is very expensive, for that price you expect something to be flawless. It has definitely the WOW factor in general but the food hygiene must be improved! I know it can happen anywhere and an oyster or lobster could be damaged during transportation but you rather aim to keep that food once you payed so much for it. Felt sorry for my son of course.

I ve been following this chef for a few years now since he s in Dubai and I d say that he s reached a very high level at Ossiano.
We had a 11 courses menu and we enjoyed it all the way. We never felt full, the pace was perfect as well as the portions.
He s a seafood passionate and he masters it very well. Plenty of textures to discover, great atmosphere,

For the wow factor it has it all But you pay for it (not unlike other like places in Dubai). You can eat better food for half the price in London but then you don't get to eat amongst sharks
