This hotel used to be a family favorite and had been our one and only choice when staying in Abu Dhabi. But sadly, our last visit was a huge disappointment that we ended up cancelling our reservation ang booking in another place for the night. The current management of the place is just so not how we remembered it from our last visit. The exterior and interior areas are not as well-kept as before, the reception staff is not as accommodating and we had to wait more than 30 minutes to get checked in. We specifically requested for non-smoking rooms 1 week before our arrival but we were ushered in rooms reeking of cigarette smoke while insisting that those were non-smoking room despite the presence of ash trays on the table. Our family had happy memories at One To One but after this visit, I don't think we will be back ☹
Its a nice place to have fun and spend time with family or friends. There are a lot of options available for food and drinks and the location is near delma park which is in the middle of the city. Must go if you want to spend some quality time with delicious food and drinks options.
A bit old. Rooms are too thin in the walls you can literally hear everything outside, but is ok for a quick stay and if you have a family with kids it's somewhat "recommended". Don't expect much though if you're aim is to stay indoors. This is more of a stop and sleep facility. Food and restaurant are ok.
One to one is a moderate hotel with many facilities. Unfortunately, it does not use them well. The hotel seems embedded within a neighborhood of villas which makes it easily overlooked. I went there twice and got some economy rooms. The issue with the single-bed room is that you feel like a true bachelor. The furnishing is to simple, the bed is not comfortable, and the room is dull and dim. The rooms for couples are a tad better, but far from other 3-star hotels.
Great place for budget stay. Huge rooms, quiet area. Good to stay and them explore the city.
I go for the outdoor seating and the sheesha, very accessible and not too loud.
Horrible. The room was 3 floors up and I am 8.5 months pregnant. Asked for a lower level room and was told I would have to pay more. Water takes 15 minutes to get hot. Mold in bathroom. Requested an iron and ironing board and was told how guests keep them until they check out. Sir this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. EACH room should have an iron and ironing board. No wash cloths and they ration out 1 large towel per day. Dirty trays are never removed from the room. Remote for TV does not work and I requested a replacement but never recieved. Nothing I wanted on the menu was available. Would never come back.
Room best. Food Good Serv..I loved it man.. Awesome just awesome..
I hope its best always gibe us best service Wow this place is gorgeous. Clean and amazing. People were amazing. But the view was the best part of it all. Very (and I mean VERY) expensive. I splurged, but it's a very very seldom splurge, because I can't afford this. Community standard are well
Poorest if the poor service.
Same buffet for the 10 days of stay
Poor service by the reception and house keeping
Massage spa centre too expensive
Definitely not a good deal for the amount of money spent
My best place to stay in abu dhabi. Close to favorite place
An inexpensive getaway within the city with large rooms and bathrooms. The place is very quiet with Zen ambient surrounding but the very downside is the cleanliness and poor service.
Nice place tho have shisha with good food and parking availability is great.
Poorly managed: Dirty rooms, dirty hallways and service was not on par for a 4* hotel. Outdated facilities, terrible food and overall a very negative experience apart from the thai restaurant which has nothing to do with this hotel.
Great swimming pool, not crowded, easy to find parking, lounging chair cushions shabby and not a Customer friendly atmosphere, the pool area that is.
Well I don't know about the rooms in this place but the chapel of rest that is the lobby lounge was one of the worst episodes of non-service I can remember. 45 mins to get a cup of tea? Get proper management in there now please.
The Village Spa provides traditional Thai massage with perfect pressure and stretching. My back would be a mess without them. It's not only relaxing, but highly therapeutic. One of the best I've had in Abu Dhabi
Great Shisha!! and good food but not the bestthe Hotel design is quite nice
Very quiet place to stay overnight, comfy parking lot (free), but the reception was so far from the rooms, so uncomfortable sometimes.
A nice place to escape a long day at work.a gym a pool and a restaurant.everything is there at reasonable prices
Well I've stayed at this hotel many time for business trips. I have to say it's good compared to its rates. Their restaurants are very good, pool area is nice and there is a coffee shop there where you can sit at night.
Most of the rooms don't have any views it's like a window to a void or shaft. Only a few overlook the pool. Also in my experience many rooms had flaws like in one room the water heater wasn't working properly, in another room the kettle was leaking and the corner table had a broken edge in another but they will handle all of these complaints very quickly and friendly.
Very nice hotel..The only problem is there are no convenience stores around the area.If you don't have a car then You'll have to ride a taxi to go to city center to buy some of your necessities. City buses won't go around here either
lol its nice to enjoy over here
Good if not great, services could be an issue, staff attitude could be an issue, good property which is not maintained properly, food is ok if not great, connecting to city centre is an issue, not very professional staff from SEA region, communication is an issue
It's a very nice place in al nahyan area.
Great shisha place with space to have shisha by the pool outdoor. Lovely when the weather is pleasant. Staff takes good care of you.
This hotel even its old one but still looking new and good. There is big restaurant and amazing swimming pool
