Booked a suite, its worthwhile and well maintained
Disappointed regarding the car parking, had to pay 30 Dirhams for a nights parking space
Staff are well behaved
Thamburu South Indian Bar and restaurant in the same building is a blessing

Very very bad place ever i stay in the city..
Receptionist like a boss ..they don't know how to coprate with people..or room service not like a hotel ,its like a Dhaba.i ask for two spoon and they are telling it's not allowed only one is allowed..and the spoon was palstic tea spoon.if two people are staying in a room so its manar to provide them self ..but it's desgusting

The location is great, service excellent. We were upgraded to a suite as soon as we reached. But the rooms are filled with bed bugs. We could not sleep a wink. They will have to do something about the problem. Moreover few beds were kept outside in the corridor as I suppose even they were infested.

We were upgraded when we arrived to suites. Not sure what the normal rooms look like. Very well priced with all the facilities you need. Staff friendly as well. The nightclub can be loud if you are a very light sleeper. Would go back. Only problem is the street parking.

I have it 2 stars as there was no valet parking. It's a 1-star hotel apartments, and they don't have valet parking. It's cheap, but that comes at a price!

Service level is very bad, no basic amenities provided in room, bad smell, unskilled staffs for Hospitality services, ask for any service (Food, Laundry etc) they start asking money before taking order. Looks like staffs are brain washed and tortured by Management to collect money from Guest.
