Close to two years of staying in Hala Arjaan by Rotana. Sadly things have gotten worse not better. The cleaning staff is not well trained and the cleaning supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Really sad that it has come to this.

Kind of okay but provided furniture is very old matts in TV Lounge ver dirty an inhygenic. Worst thing is no reserved parking. If you are late after 21:00,hours you will not get parking. And no one is going to assist

Hala arjan abudhabi has the worst customers service that I ever recieved. I had a booking and came to the hotel to find out what the staff only offer me either one room on the first floor (which I don't stay at first floors because of noise) or a smoking room which I can't breath if I stay in ! The attitude the responses the lack of any sense of customer service that the receptionist and duty manager rafiq had can't be described it was just horrible and dirserspectful. I stayed in Rotana hotels for months now and haven't seen such a disgusting service. STAY AWAY go anywhere else that has a respectful staff.
Oh ya I ended up storming out of there and not staying after checking in.response / report this review -

My month in the “tourist club”
I’ve been staying in this hotel/apartment for the past 30 days in a Premium Suite which is approximately 85 square meters with a nice water view toward Maryah Island on the 12th floor (non smoking).The apartment is very well equipped, fully furnished including all necessary kitchen utensils. The staff has been fantastic since the very first day, especially Sam Obispo ( Rotana Sales Executive), Riza, Cathy and Fred at the reception and the gentleman Ramlal that cares for my room. All the rest of the staff has also been excellent, I’m just bad with remembering names. Room service is also very good, and my food has been excellent. It’s a non alcohol establishment but there are many choices close by as well as a shopping mall and many restaurants. The only drawback at this time is all the road construction. Overall, it’s an excellent location with very personal, friendly and warm service. I would not hesitate to chose this hotel

Excellent and friendly place to stay. Especially for long term. Washer/dryer and basic kitchenette is available in the single suite room. Rooms have balconies and nice views.

Wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean and spacious. Very courteous staff. Didn't try the restaurant since we were going out regularly. They have a temperature controlled swimming pool which is fabulous with the city view from the top. Plenty of parking space. The service is prompt for any requests. All in all definitely a place worth staying incase you are in that part of the world.

Rooms were good, clean and tidy.. spacious relatively.. good service.. the location is really bad. The hotel was surrounded by construction from all the side and we spent a lot of time trying to get in or out from the hotel all roads were under construction.. most of the staff were very friendly but I had an incident with the manager who refused to help me and refused to be more flexible, I waisted a lot of time trying to solve the check in problem.. though I liked the room but will never check in again in the near future may when construction is done..

Nice hotel. Classic suite is very big and has a full kitchen. Room service / restaurant has good food. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately there are roadworks ongoing on the main street in front of the hotel. It is a little bit noisy. 4 stars. If roadworks are done most probably 5 stars.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and they all were very pleasant. Everything is as it should be, furniture, decor, staff, location, and services. Best of all is the value for money. Highly recommended if you're staying in Abu Dhabi.

Everything is perfect except loud noises from the windows, the gap between the windows and it's frame is too much and because of that you can hear the noises specially in rush hour.

Came here for the breakfast brunch at Gallery Restaurant.
Its very nice. Good options nit much, hut the food was tasty. The breakfast brunch closes at sharp 10:30 am. But we can sit there afterwards.
