This hospital is the place we visit for our family. Should say very polite and friendly staff especially at the reception. They are very humble and attend the patients with a smile. All the staff are very helpful till we finish and leave. It feels good. Keep up the good work guys.

Thank you very much Dr. Asma Nasir for all the efforts and professional expertise you put on my case. I had a complicated history but she has made the birth of my daughter possible , by the grace of Allah. Throughout the period of my pregnancy, I found her extremely cooperative, professional and very well experienced . I would like to strongly recommend her to all those females who need a best Doctor from conceiving till birth. Thank you, God bless you!

Thanks to Dr. Kavitha we really owe you one doc. Thanks for all the encouragement and for really taking good care of me and my daughter, from day 1 I visited your office. You are truly God's gift to us. And to Dr. Cindu as well for helping me delivered my precious daughter. I will forever treasured the pond memories I had during my delivery, with all you cheering and words of encouragement. AND thanks to all the nurses as well for making our stay a very comfortable one.

This is a disorganized money pit. I paid a 20% fee for a friend who had insurance but the hospital wanted a deposit until the insurance came through. I believe this is fraud because no other hospital I’ve been to here charges this. When I finally received the call to pick up my deposit it took an hour for them to get the authorization to pay me my money. Then they charged me 20% of the deposit because I used a credit card. So they got the pay out from the insurance company and an additional 20% from a deposit. Do not go here. Go anywhere else.

I had the misfortune of visiting this hospital on two separate occasions due to different operations. On both visits I have to say the entire remembers of staff (from doctors, nurses, food staff and cleaning staff) were amazing!..very professional yet incredibly thoughtful and helpful whenever needed.
I have to say, if it wasn’t for some members pushing me to get up and move around, I probably wouldn’t have healed as quickly as I did..So a very very big THANK YOU to all and keep doing what you do which is helping those get better!.
    Warmest regards, Vanessa Moran

Nmc staff are very accommodating and friendly. Their services are client satisfying. They care more on the welfare of the patient. They give the best possible service to meet the needs of their patients. They are also open for any suggestions and entertain client concerns for improvement.

God forbid anybody ever needs to go to a hospital, but in case you do, NMC should definitely be considered. Right from the doctor, to nurses, to reception staff, to security and housekeeping are very professional and caring. The facility is amazing too.

I can't thank her enough for her expert advises and the way she handled my case. Also the nursing care team is excellent, me n my baby was SO so well taken care. My mother went to this NMC hospital within few minutes of treating her with medications and vacuuming the water in her lungs, she immediately experienced a cardiac arrest in their hands. Then she full in coma for 11 months .. The doctors gave her such powerfully mixed medications (Metizolam with morphine) She didn't went to to have surgery she just had high blood presser that's it she passed away in Dec/2017
This hospital and the doctors should be shot down and under investigation

The 1st photo was 2 weeks before she went to the NMC hospital and the dramatic change in her body and face is unrecognizable The picture say it all . Please DO NOT GO OT NMC Hospital

This hospital is awful. The doctors and entire staff are inexperienced and lack any type of professionalism or bedside manner. My grandmother went to the this hospital, she walked in on her own two feet, filled out paper work with her own hands and once she was admitted is where the NIGHTMARE began. My grandmother went to the hospital for high blood pressure/chest pain. When she was in the treatment room for some reason the doctors wanted to aspirate her and sedate her, she was trying to tell them that she was able to breathe but they refused to listen to her. Next thing you know she is being given anesthesia, according to her doctor here in the states she was given 5 TIMES the amount of anesthesia for her height and weight. My grandmother went into a coma for 10 months and passed away because the amount of sedative she was administered. Had my grandmother not visited this hospital she would alive and well today. While she was in the coma she was neglected by the nurses, her skin was dry and cracked, she had sores on her body, she area where her IV was inserted was dirty and crusty. BE AWARE, DON'T GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!

Booked an appointment for 1020am with a GP. Waited 20 mins before a nurse took my Blood Pressure, weight etc. Then waited a further hour before being seen.
Was told I needed a chest X-ray which took another hour.
Then was given a load of pointless prescriptions.
NMC is purely commercially driven and not customer/patient focused. Nurses couldn't of cared less when I asked for updates of how long it would take. Their organisation procedures are an absolute shambles!
I only had bronchitis which was hardly a difficult diagnosis given my symptoms of coughing once a minute. Total wait time, 3 hours for a cough!

Dr Kavitha & her team were wonderful delivering my little one unexpectedly early as emergency. Dr Kavitha has been very supportive, understanding, gentle & always available. The whole experience has been so positive for me that I wish to repeat it all over again :)

Unorganized hospital. Staff is too slow. If you ask a question they will run away. Receptionist asks for 2 minutes and after 10 minutes also no update. I don't give even 1 star for this hospital.

Had to take many employees there but every single time it takes 1.5 to 2 hours to just make it to triage room and 3-4 of 5 hours to complete the checkup. Its more like an OPD than standard ER room. Last night I took my employee having fever and chest pain, many people overlapped the queue and upon asking, the receptionist said "Your patient is having only simple fever you know there are other patients to take care of and you know there are categories of patient". I was like "Wao" even receptionists here know which patient to take care first without even entering the triage and "Categorized" by the Triage Nurse. We left eventually after 1.5 hours without even assessed by the Triage Nurse.

I have been to other NMCs and this is the best so far. Maybe because it is not so busy so the staff is not as over worked as in other NMCs. The waiting time was very reasonable , and the staff was very helpful and kind. The doctors seemed knowledgeable and listened to our problem in detail (especially Dr Gautam in surgery). The parking space was also ample and I was really impressed with the overall cleanliness standards inside hospital. Considering NMC is a budgetary hospital they are fairly well equipped. Being a biomedical engineer I can safely say that their equipments may not be state of the art as in other fancy hospitals but they still have very good functioning equipment. Since they accept most insurances, I will definitely recommend people to go there without any hesitation.

PS: Their phone appointment service is very informative and helpful.

I met with Dr. Amit Kumer (eye doctor) for my severely infected eyes. After taking his medicine my eyes infection and side effects improved drastically. Besides he told me the details of my disease that no other doctor told during the month I suffered the disease. Thank you doctor.

Besides the pharmacist (I couldn’t marked her name) packed me a medicine that was heat sensitive, in my 20 years life in Dubai I never seen such a sincere about medicine like her.

Worst emergency ever. Super slow. Waiting in emergency upto 1.5 hrs. I dont even umderstand how they can be so slow. No emergency beds available , which I experienced twice in a week. It takes more than forty min just to prepare payment receipt that too when its in cash.

Very unsatisfied with the service provided and staff, it is Absolutely a joke of a hospital I must say.. My mom had to face the worst experience in this hospital when she had some much going on in one day.. .. yesterday she had a chest pain and was rushed to the hospital. the staff were very stupid and and so unprofessional gossiping and laughing , it's a hospital not a place for leisure my moms coworker was requesting to do something as she had the pain and it was bad.. my mom was really frustrated and was in a lot of pain.. unbelievable.. but finally after waiting for so long from the morning she finally got the medication and was able to be discharged from the hospital, however the doctor requested her to come and pay a visit to discuss the reports give a fasting blood test but when she showed up today in the morning around 9.30am , the staff were not Helpful at all and was actually lost and didn't know what to do.. and they requested her to come again at 11am to give the fasting blood test. And my mom went there again at 11, and they said the blood test will be done after doctors advice which she had to leave again and come back again at 1pm to give the blood test.. my poor mom had not taken a drop of water.. this is really upsetting.. and Finally the blood test was done and they are asking my mom to pay just 9 Dhs what in the world.. we are not running away.. in anger my mom said don't worry about the payment and go ahead with the test I mean it's so understandable that she was in hunger and was angry and tired, my sick mom had to run up and down to solve this matter.. and the worst thing is the doctor keeps looking at his phone and ignores my mom while she mentioned her sickness instead of looking at the reports and listening to the patient.. I mean what the hell.. so unprofessional.. they probably treat everyone the same way.. very disappointed.. please do something about it.. this is absolutely disgusting..
