Awful. Absolutely terrible customer service. Never experienced anything like it. The woman at the front is extremely rude and left me wondering who trained these staff on customer service. I will never go here again. Asked to speak to the manager about this and he was “unavailable”. Whoever owns clinic this should be ashamed.
Called twice to inform them I would be a few minutes late for my appointment due to an emergency and there was no answer. When I arrived they refused to do the appointment and told me it was “not their problem”. However I called multiple times to inform them and there was no answer. They wanted the session to be used from my pre paid package so I’d have to pay again.
Said they make exceptions for their most valued customers, though I’ve spent thousands here and apparently I am not one of them.response / report this review -

nice work thanks for the team, specially Kathleen for laser I did full back 8 sessions and no hair now at all, my friends in the gym wondering I will recommend you guys good work and don't forget to do offers also..

I highly recommend this clinic for laser hair treatment. I also request for the same therapist, Gretchen for over a year now as she’s exceptional with the job. Almost to no hair now 😁 Can’t wait to be back in the next 3 weeks! :)

The service was amazing! Especially Gretchen who has been doing my laser treatment. She is very professional and very nice. I only had 6 sessions for my full legs and now its HAIRLESS! amazing 🤩

Great staff, professional services, Doctors take the time to know your wants and needs so they can best assist you for the right outcome. Highly recommend them to everyone. With so many clinics in Dubai its refreshing to find one that cares about the patient not the bottom line.

The staff is very attentive and they will get out of their way to help you (i.e. I have a very hard work schedule to manage and Gretchen has been so understanding and flexible). I have been very happy with the results I’ve gotten from the treatments I’ve had here (hydrafacial, microdermabrasion, full body laser hair removal) and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back for anything I may need. I have been looking to use the medical services outside esthetic too as I am lucky that they accept many insurance companies! Thank you all.

5 star service clinic. The staff are really nice and welcoming. The dentist is professional and nice he creates a warm atmosphere where the patient feels comfortable and secure. Can’t be happier with the service. I usually don’t like to go to dentists but my experience here made me change my mind. I strongly recommend the place.

I purchased Microdermabrasion/Hydra facial through groupon. I could not recommend this clinic more. They confirmed appointments. The clinic is very clean and staff very friendly. I would recommend Gretchen for Microdermabrasion and Hydrofacial she is very professional and gives you a clear insight into the procedure.

This was the worst dentist appointment I have ever had. Instead of focusing on why I came to the doctor, he was making bad jokes and trying to be funny, which made me feel even more uncomfortable - I needed a professional doctor and not a comedian. The "professional cleaning" included a full shower of your face and upper bodyBeside this I had a filling done and my tooth did not hurt before - since the appointment I have been in pain for 2 months and going now to another medical center to fix the mess.

Went to Marina Medical Center and did laser hair removal for back and chest of 6 session, its was mostly painless and results was great. I recommend them as there price is affordable and their laser machine is american and give excellect result

Receptionist was lovey but the Doctor was wrong and when i told him what i think i had, he laugh at me and said "you are a doctor now". Didn't feel safe and left after that painful appointment. After that went to MedCare and was a complete different experience, a positive one.

I went for a dental and the doctor thought it's funny that I'm asking him to floss my teeth! So he was like "i'll do it just for you" as if he was doing me a favor. Then he flossed 5 teeth only!
And he finished in 10 min ! I did my cleaning in many different places and never have I ever finished this quickly.
PS: The one star is for the reception cuz they were nice.response / report this review
