Came there two times to my doctor to check my analysis results, once they told he'll be next day until 12.30, for the second time I came there at 12, they didn't let me go to him, because he was kind of busy, so they just sent me home. Instead of treating people well they send them back home without telling what is going on and why people are sick.
Plus for that, when I was coming sick and was close to faint, I asked doctors to lie, instead of helping me they were just waiting until I will fell down and shaking heads.
In this situation I was waiting for my sick leave for 50 minutes, and I had to remind about myself twice to different reception to get that.

I'm writing on behalf of my wife Greesha, who had undergone a cataract surgery on both hers eyes at Aster Speciality Clinic. Dr. Benazir Ansari and her nursing team, did a great job and we are both very thankful towards her. She was very clear and knew exactly what she was doing. Very crowded, no space to sit while waiting. We went in for my daughter's ear piercing to be done. Dr Khalid from ENT was very rude and was in hurry to get it done fast. He marked my daughters ear and showed us before performing the gunshot, which we felt was OK. But after the piercing , we felt that the left earing was slightly misplaced. When we asked him about it, he replied saying that he showed us before itself and we should have told before he pierced her ear. He was like"don't ponder and think too much about it" and we don't think this is the way he should have responded.
Anyways nursing staff are friendly but again the place is too crowded most of the time.response / report this review -

I was treating my daughter, who is a special child of age 23, mental age around 10 in Vasan's Dubai. With a recommendation of my friend and will of God we started treatment for post cornea replacement on one eye and post cross linking surgery on another eye with Dr Benazir Ansari, Specialist Ophthalmologist at the Aster Gardens Specialty Clinic. The highly outstanding treatment and professional care with personal attention to the special child by Dr Benazir Ansari is highly appreciable. The child is recovering very well and we feel blessed to have such a caring professional. The appreciation is from the renowned Doctor who had carried out both the surgeries in India. Do not waste your time by calling them up. The only clinic in the world that do not have people to answer the calls!!! When asked the receptionist , she said they do not have enough man power to handle !!!!
I do not understand how they are handling patients if they can't even attend a phone call ?!!!

I will never forget the excellent service the clinic team provided to me during my consultation with Dr.Mohammad Shakkil lastday. The staffs were very kind and welcoming. I appreciate their selfless service to treat the patients well. Keep it up.

Total waste of time. Very unprofessional! we called to have our daughter earpierce.They said that there is no need for an appointment and walk in at certain hours. when we came they said that the doctor went home early because he's not feeling well. Fine! we called again to book an appointment and they told us the same thing that there is no need for an appointment. We went there and queue for more than an hour then they told us that the equipment used for earpiercing is not working and to come back tomorrow. They let wait for more than an hour to informed us that the equipment is not working. You should have told us from the beginning , so that we wouldn't waste our time. Very poor service service. This rating should have no star for the VERY POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE. I would never come back to any of your clinics.

the clinic has expert Internal Medicine Dr, Cardiologist,Gastroenterologist , Opthalmologist& Urology services. The clinic staff is very considerate and courteous. Highly recommend the clinic.

“The staff was professional and caring. I was in pretty bad shape and they really took care of me well. Even in spite of my condition, they were still willing to joke around with me! Thanks so much for all you do!Such a great experience. Very friendly staff and compassionate nurse and doctor. Took all the time to go over my questions. I Vissited discovery gardens Aster clinic with a fever, headache, cough and my voice was totally gone. My wife was helping me speak. We met Doctor Fatima Nazir after 2 hours.
From a distance she told me to pull out my tang, then reached her computer and quickly typed and wrote a few lines on the paper. I really felt un cared for as a patient, she didn’t touch me , to be honest she didn’t check me. I felt that she did all this because I am a black African man.
She then told us to wait outside, we will be called.
After a while I told my wife to go check with her why we were waiting. She told her that our file is gone.
We were later called and went to the phermacy to get the prescribed medicine.
For three days now, I can’t sleep as I cough all night, my voice is still gone. I can’t go to work in this situation. I am right now at the same clinic, I am told to change a Doctor, I have to pay consultation fee again!
I am really so disappointed. If not that this is the only near by Hospital from my Home. I wouldn’t come back here.
I believe this is extremely un professional and un acceptable for a Doctor to discriminate people especially from this part of the world were a bigger number of us come from different countries.
Hope another patient would not go through what I went through!

The call center is always busy and it takes almost 15-20 mins to get through. No direct contact for the respective clinics have to route through the call center. The Discovery clinic is always busy and the staff is not interested to soothe the process as obviously they are over worked. I had mentioned very clearly to update my new working number which quite strangely after three repetitive reminders had not been changed.
Had to follow up 3-4 times just to get an update of the tests and insurance approval. No urgency or courtesy to even call the patient and inform or update. I had to go through the process of calling up and follow ups every second day. Just tired..
Just because Aster is convenient and at reach which is what we first look at when sick, I have to sadly use their services which just increases my stress and worsens my health.response / report this review -

My experience of this place is based on my interactions with Dr. Benazir Ansari who is an ophthalmologist. In my experience she is one of the best eye specialists in Dubai. I went to her with a complain in my left eye and within minutes she was able to diagnose that I was suffering from Adie's tonic pupil which is an extremely rare eye disorder. She also referred me to some very capable doctors in Dubai to get a second opinion by sending mails to these doctors along with my case history. All the doctors re- confirmed the diagnosis and thanks to the quick diagnosis I am on my way to recovery. Her approachable nature helps her to develop a quick connect with her patients which I believe is very important. I extend my gratitude to the hospital management for recruiting such a capable eye doctor and I wish the hospital all the very best. Regards.

I visited the center for inquiring for neurologist and the staffs sitting in the counter explained in detail that the doctor available in their bur dubai clinic and they called the same clinic and made an appointment for me and guided me as well. I appreciate their effort and kindness to every patient visiting their unit.

I was late for 15mins as I was searching for the clinic and I have an appointment today at 12:30pm. Thinking I have still 15mins to see my gastroenterologist doctor and it was dissapointing that he prioritize his schedule of leaving early as per rhe Filipina receptionist and thinking that I am not well. Is this the clinis for sick people that doesnt prioritize you at all! I highly recommend not to go at aster specialist clinic and better go to another one or else you might die of being re scheduled! Frustrating and ig dissapointment!!!!!!
