Extremely slow process in the pharmacy, you can easily spend more than an hour there waiting. Pure waste of time and unjustified time elongation.

NMC speciality Dubai has always been a life saver.Right from the day by kids were born,we get a satisfactory feeling when we consult doctors there.not only the doctors but all the staff are really friendly.one thing I loved there is the pharmacy..it’s well organized and the pharmacists are very caring and friendly.inperson I would love to mention about Ms Rajini who explained everything and showed us all support when we were down.

The pharmacy is so slow that you end up spending one hour to get your medicine. This is a major reason this hospital is so poor in its pharmacy process. I really don't understand why it is so, when other hospitals in the vicinity the pharmacy has your medicine for you in 10 mins with the same amount of patients been catered to. So there is something wrong in their process of dispensing prescriptions. Also this is not new it's a perennial problem with NMC

NMC has been our family hospital whenever we have any kind of health issues. My mother recently got operated and everyone in the hospital were very supportive. Recently one of her very expensive medicines was not approved by the insurance and Ms. Ragini from the pharmacy has personally assisted us by speaking to the insurance and getting it approved. Very happy with NMC pharmacy and hospital staff. Thank you for your continuous support.

You should take high blood pressure pills when you deal with the pharmacy. You will suffer from waiting and lack of organization. It was a bad experience and I hope to change the pharmacy system.
It is better to have multiple nationalities and not to rely on one nationality.response / report this review -

Horrible experience with this hospital. whenever you make online appointment they will call you back and tell you there is no appointment for that date. when you get appointment doctor will give you 5 minutes. I met DR. Amit Nagpal in Ophthalmology he checked eye and he told me you have elergy. I told there should be solution for everything then he told me you are living in desert environment. If you want solution you need to change country and environment. What a great solution given by a professional doctor. They want to make money nothing else.

Horrible experience with NMC Dubai. Went at 11 pm as emergency for my 11 month old daughter, They turned us back rudely saying there is no bed available. No humanity at all. Later on, was glad that We didn't get admission there as they are focused on profit more than treating young lives. Purely financial oriented.Would give -1 star if possible.

Recently my aunt Regina Dias had undergone hysterectomy surgery. At the beginning she was very nervous and scared. But we are very grateful to surgeon Dr. Sukrit shetty for explaining and making it so much easier for her. Operation went well and she is recovering from it. We are very happy with overall services provided and friendly nurses and other entire staff. Keep up the good work.

This is a pure financial establishment. Very professional in robbery. They will go a thousand mile just to raise your bill amount.
Humanity has absolutely no place in this establishment. They actually try their level best to increase your sickness so they can secure their salaries at the end of the month.
Unless your bleeding to death, please don't even consider entering the door step of this LLC company.

i experienced pediatric doctors are not qualified enough or may be they are afraid to give medicine to the kids. I had to take my kid to another hospital after more than week of suffering as the doctor kept saying everything thing is ok.

Took 5 mins of constant ringing for emergency line to finally respond !! Finally after picking up line, while connecting me to gynac dept, line disconnected !! Trying to call back again & connect now !! This is emergency service ??!!
