They started of good at the begnning, until they started giving you far away appointments and lacking internal managment.
I wanted to take my wisdom tooth off, so i called for an appointment, and they gave it to me after TWO WEEKS. And later on, before my appointment in 30 min, they called me to inform me that they didnt seek approval from my insurance company, and it will take another week to find another appointment.
They wasted 3 weeks of my time for their lack of management. And when I said I want to pull my file from your clinic and search for another doctor, they didnt care much and replied simply with “okay sir”. So much for dealing and keeping your patients!!!response / report this review -
