  This is the third time where the recipients are the reason I do Not go and chose a different clinic, although the drs might be very good!!! Super bad management!!!!

  No sense of customer service. Once they forgot to tell me that they had moved to a new location so I was late. This time they called me the day before my appointment to tell me that because of Ramadan hours I should come three hours earlier than scheduled. Ramadan started two weeks ago, that's when I should have been asked to change my appointment, not last minute.
  Then the nurses at the triage treat you like meat, they don't talk to you they just gesture where to go. And they talk (shout!) to each other in their own language while you seat there wondering what's going on which is highly impolite.
  The whole place rely on a computer system that often crashes which means the end of your consultation! Don't go there!!
