First of its kind where the doctor is more important than the patient. Bereft of empathy and compassion the two most basic and mandatory aspects of any medical care. Would have given zero but not allowed…

Excellent doctors however their pharmacy is the worst in UAE! They offered to deliver to my house however one week later they didnt! Then went to pick it up waited nearly an hour!

The girl at the Abu Dhabi airport jammed the PCR test so hard up my nose that I started bleeding and now need to see an ENT bc my nose and eye hurts. Totally unprofessional.

I made a reservation and waited over a month. However, the day before the reservation, the phone suddenly rang. The operator said the doctor - Orthopedics (Shoulder & Elbow) - will not be in the hospital tomorrow. And she says I will have to wait another month again. No apologies or explanations. Never waste your time.

I had my 1st booster vaccine in the hospital and second at the stadium, and i can say from the first vaccine to the last, it was very organized and fast, i just thought that i will take time, because too much patients, but still they managed pretty well, the staffs are very nice and accomodating and they are all fair for all clients. Kudos healthpoint!!

I had a routine immunization there, it should have been free and covered by my insurance. But I was charged for additional 800 DHS, cause "your insurance doesn't cover all the vaccination". Next day I checked it and figured out that all HAAD-scheduled vaccination is free. So finally they returned money, but I had to go there for the refund. Of course, nobody paid me for the taxi and lost time. And no excuses from the manager, as a matter of course.
    Total uncontrollable mess.

I happened to be in this hospital , recommended by a doctor in another clinic. So I guess they have good reputation. They have a wonderful pediatrician Dr Maurice Khoury. They are well known for Sports medicine and spine related issues.
The hospital is well organized, neat and clean and spacious. Healthpoint is not a busy place, however it is difficult to get immediate appointments.

They don’t pick up the phone every time you call them and if you miss their call then you need to go there in person just to book an appointment

1- worst pain management department in UAE!
2- even when i am before my appointment I'm wtill waiting even when my appointment time have came
3- made 3 complans regarding dr. Hisham - pain clinic - they told they will call but they didn't, they didn't provide complain ID number so I can't get the complain to the authorites
    4- no ER department!
5- four elevator all busy, two of them for public and two for employees
6- if you have a narcotic pain medicine prescription you'll need someone to come with you to P2 as it's not allowed to pubic to go downthere alone
7- doctors and employees don't smile to paitents
8- worst hospital in The UAE

Good infrastructure but very poor coordination, the appointments team is a total disaster. Some of them dont' know even what they are talking. When you raise a complaint, they call back and say sorry but nothing we can do for now! Pharmacy waiting time is another disaster, there is one pharmacist after 5 and we wait more than an hour, and the number of patients waiting before me was just 3!
Unprofessional and unbelievable. With such a vast infrastructure, I don't understand how they consistently maintain such low level of service!

Unbelievable service. On two different random occasions, I called and followed the voice menu. So I pressed 1 for Arabic, the Arabic menu finally got me to a non-Arabic speaking person.
If at the outset, such is the service, I wonder how the actual operation is being conducted inside.
The reason for my call to make a follow up on an appointment that i had made online and that nobody cared to call me back for confirmation. That says it all.
First impressions are the most lasting.

I’m ready disappointed and surprised from this unprofessional hospital,
I’ve an appointment with Dr. Khadija and I was waiting for 2 weeks and just now a lady call me , “ sorry the Dr, went for annual leave for 3 weeks “ and the closest appointment with her or with any Dr is after 3 weeks , Do u want me to book for you ?

    Seriously , Seriously, Seriously…oh My GOD ,
You don’t have a yearly annual leave planned for your Drs ??

Oh My God, I don’t recommend and I will never think to call this unprofessional hospital again

It was a mistake and I learnt from it

    BR,
    Fatema AlHajri

However the waiting is ridiculous!! Two appointments both over 45mins late when actually seen. Pharmacy took over 30mins to get prescription
