The doctors are very professional and supportive of their patients. They are receptive of any and every doubt the patient puts forward and are comforting before the patient is sent in for surgery. The nurses have always been quick to provide assistance to the patient at their room at any time of the day or night. The only downside for admitted patients is the quality of food being provided, which does not seem to be of a very high standard. Apart from that, the service being provided is top quality at this hospital.

I believe this hospital has improved significantly after it has been took over by Mediclinic in term of skills and treatment of the doctors. I believe it is also well managed now and the treatment rooms, X ray, lab and other facilities are more efficient. Staff were aggressive and unfriendly before the took over. They are now nice and friendly. The hospital is better also in term of cleaning and hygiene.

It is a nice hospital. Staff was polite and professional. Especially dr.Nidal and nurses at obstetrics and gynecology. We had our son delivered here and we were happy with their services. Many thanks to hospital

Al Noor Hospital is the worst Hospital I ever had to deal with during my life in the GCC. I swear a public hospital is more professional and advanced. Drs are not qualified and up to speed. Can’t even start how and what they did. A Dr at Al Noor prescribed a medication and despite my comments to the Dr. about my reaction to the medication he advised to continue with it. As a result it developed a severe skin reaction and had to be hospitalized at another hospital with treatment taking over a month!!!! It even caused a temporary disability and effected my day to day life

Writing this for the 2nd hospital I visited as everyone is posting similar issues. To all the people who complain about waiting times: Healthcare is not a factory and patients don't pass through a conveyor belt. Every patient is different and requires a different amount of time according to the complexity and nature of their problem. Some will require a lot more than the alloted 30 minutes or so. Patients need to be "patient" and understand this. Doctors and nurses do not chit chat or sip coffee while you wait outside. There is a ton of administrative work and documentation that needs to be done for every patient and its likely that it is the reason if they appear to have nobody with them between 2 patients. If we have an appointment we will have priority of course but expecting to be go in on the dot is very unrealistic. Similarly when we go to emergency the speed at which we are seen will depend on the seriousness of our problem - not because you think you should be seen straight away. There are other patients as well and the staff have to prioritize according to the condition. If you are sitting there tweeting angrily about the wait its likely you dont have any emergency. And btw the standard time to see patients in emergency in most developed countries is within 4 hours. I have been a patient at Al Noor and at other hospitals for myself and my family and have not expected special treatment, waiting patiently. I have seen the pressure and workload of the doctors and appreciate their input. I wish hospitals stated this openly in their clinics but I guess it might come across as a bit rude or non politically correct.

Friendly staff &nice reception servive,good facilities and a lot of visitors patients awaiting. Only thing terrible is no doctor responding after registration and long-time waiting, that's so frustrating because doctors are end matters as a medical facility

Delivered my son here, its not as a 5 star US hospital but its good enough, my doctor was a resident doctor here so it was easy for the hospital to contact her late at night. All my preferred doctors are located in this hospital . Would highly recommend it

the doctor's and nuirse's are great! (Dr.kristus,Dr.moktar,Dr.khaled,dr,kahteeb,/Nurse's Mrs.joyce apostol,mark,gaz,liza,.etc.
its a miracle what happened to my brother when he got ill on his pancreas,my brother was in ICU for one month and the doctors do everything of their best, i was crying everyday cause of my brothers situation but the doctors are great!they save my brothers life!! and to the almighty god he made a miracle to his life.thank you al noor hospital,and all the staff's from the doctor's to housekeeping they always treat us good and smiling.all of my family and in Philippines were very grateful.thanks to al noor hospital and more power.god bless everyone.response / report this review -

very much disappointed
I did a 2 laser treatments with Dr.shiva prasade ( dermatologist department head ) for acne scar its costed to me more then AED 5000 .
begin of this treatment he was promised to me you will get cure after this 2 laser . i waited for almost more then 1 year for result but no thing. Then again as per him i did a one more .
Until now i dont have enough result on my face.
Then i recently visit to him to check about this issue but I he was replay to by rude answers.
I will never ever suggest this hospital for any one in my life..

Al Noor was recommended by one of my friends so i went there all the way from Muroor cause I'm having fever colds and body pain. Staff are unfriendly! And the doctor did not even checked me and just gave me a piece of paper (prescription) with no explanation and all. They don't have care to their patients. Definitely not going back.
