I went with my mom this evening in imall Joanna fashions sharjah first of all its never busy so you can atleast expect sales people to communicate with you. I went for billing my item I was told by one guy that I need to go to other counter where in he was free the other girl was very rude her name is jay I told her she is rude she didn't apologise or anything she said go to the other counter and started giggling and laughing with her friend as I told her that the which counter am I suppose to go tooshe said I'm too busy counting cash can't help you and started laughing with her friend I told her that this is really not funny but this behaviour was still the same I went to read her name so I can complain she read her name too loudly saying it's jay go complain if you want. Seriously I have never sèen customer service in dubai so bad. I mean I wanted to address something and these two girls spoke in their language and were giggling as if they really don't care about their customersthis is definitely my last time to shop here
