  *Overinflated prices.
  *Over staffed with lazy ignorant ladies and gents - unwilling/unable to carry out most basic of customer requests.
  *Does ANYONE in store know how to operate a till or check behind scenes for clothing size? No.
  *No customer service whatsoever-no surprise shop lays empty unless sales are on.

  Reasonable prices; easy to reach; offers between time to time; unbeatable offers during the shopping festivals; found in most of the main shopping malls.

  Went to this place to buy a few items then went to a till. Waited for 10 mins, then was redirected to another till. This till cashier redirected me somewhere else and after waiting at this till, the cashier there tried to redirect me to another till in the corner of the room. They would rather send customers around a large store than open a till and let them pay.
  
  Subsequently, I remembered I'm in a mall that has over 100 stores. Left the items there and walked out. Horrible customer service.
  
  Picked up what I needed in the shop opposite and it took less than 5 mins to pay.
