The store has got varieties but the prices are just not reasonable considering that other stores which aren't Caterpillar sell CAT products way cheaper.

Personnel responsibility was good but some models were not present to buy. we went to city center branch to find them.

The worst customer service ever in Dubai. Didn't feel welcome and staff didn't seem to care one bit. Not friendly and not service minded. I will definitely not recommend this store or the one in Bur Juman to anybody!

Good quality pricing on the higher side, lot of design options on footwear. Clothing is good but compared to other options in market it very high price.
