Very bad behaviour of the nurse incharge. Was very rude when had to contact. The worst behaviour every experienced in a medical center. Had facilities but due to the behaviour youll only visit once.

Wonderful clinic! Great doctor Dr. Hussain Al Saleh! Very nice and professional team ! These amazing people really do care about their patients, like you are a member of their family. And you feel their attitude and warm attention not only during the visit, but also after . I’m very greatfull for that. Absolutely a joke of a clinic. Forget the doctors the receptionists are rude and have no customer service. I waited 24 hours for a simple consultation appointment that they cannot fix for me. The receptionists have no idea about insurance procedures or approvals. They tentatively booked me for a dental procedure on Sunday - and said consultation, approval and treatment can all be done on same day for implants! When I said no it can’t, I need a consultation before Sunday - they told me to wait and they will get back to me. After a whole day of waiting - the lady at khawaneej branch told me to “pay attention” because I repeated back the information they told me a day before! Save urself the trouble and get your treatment elsewhere!

The best clinc ever in dubai through experiences previously, Ms. Hanan is a supporting receptionist and Dr. Hussain is the specialized in Dental & cosmetic veneers, as well Dr. Rekha for cavity and clean related. Recommended as a best clinc for your personal oral health.

I've been a patient in Oris for long time, probably 6 year and have never less that completely satisfied with the care. All doctors are wonderful. I did with Dr. Hussain Hollywood smile and crowns on my front teeth uppers and lowers and look very nice after 6 years. Also I did wisdom surgical extraction with Dr. Farzad not pain at all. I recommend this dental clinic to all my friends and family.
