  Excellent service from the very first step until the last for relocating my pets from Dubai to India. I could not have hoped for better, Big thanks to Natasha and Jessica for all the help and support. I would highly recommend!

  Jessica was amazing from start to finish. She took all the stress out of the import for me and made the experience simple, easy and straightforward! We had a bad experience bringing our first dog into Dubai so I was very nervous but Jessica put me at ease and our little one arrived with no problems. She has a good relationship with the vets at the airport which always helps to streamline things too. I can highly recommend Jetset Pets! Thank you.

  It has been an adventure bringing my two cats and my dog ​​from Spain to Dubai during the pandemic, but thanks to Jessica and the team it has been easier than I imagined.
  It's not the first time that I've traveled with my pets, but such a long trip with multiple transfers and quarantines had me worried. But I will only say that my pets have arrived super well and it does't even seem that they have changed the country.
  look no further, your loved ones will be in good hands.

  We had a fantastic experience with JetSet Pets!
  
  Jessica was very clear and informative on all steps and super helpful through the whole process, but even more importantly - we felt our little Morris was very well taken care of from the pick-up and throughout the transport (constant updates and follow-up). Shipping your little family member across the world is a stressful and emotional moment, so it's important to feel that everyone involved takes the best possible care of your animal. We felt very involved and up-to-date during the whole process and would absolutely recommend JetSet Pets.

  Jessica was very professional and responsive through the entire process. She was quick to answer any questions, even on the weekends. She met me and my dog at the airport and took care of everything, making it stress free and simple. She is amazing with animals and obviously loves her work. I would 100% recommend her to any one of my friends. 10/10
