  Very poor service. Won't get correct answer to our queries. Very arrogant in answering. Won't answer the phones calls properly. They are not responsible to the service and giving answers correctly.The operations manager don't know how to talk to customers.

  Very unprofessional. There was 7 days delay in receipt of courier from India. Above that, nobody answers the call on registered landline number and there is no information given on the where about of the courier except online updation that it is in transit from last a week.
  
  However, I finally received my courier.

  There is one Guy called Mohammad Sajjad in DTDC, worst guy i have ever seen in my lfie.
  He is not responsible towards his job and talking so rudely with customers. Waste of time with DTDC for 2 days.

  Very poor staff a local courier collection from Dubai itself takes 3 to 4 days . Don't understand how the team works and the attitude the staff has is like they are doing a favour customers. The company really needs to look into their operations. Please dont use them incase of urgency or you will have a hard time waiting for your courier.

  They’re not professional and they don’t understand plain English. They charged me 35 AED for shipment just to tell me later that they don’t have service in that area!!!! And above all that they said the 35 I paid in non-refundable!! Never seen a worse treatment than that! I advise you to not have business with them
