    Please advise

    I'm looking for 3rd party insurance and after seeing the reviews, now I have a doubt whether to go with this company or would I search another one!!!

    One of the worst insurance companies and not professional garages my car has been hit by a trailer which cause vibration in the car and i mentioned that in my claim mail that they should repair it and send it to the garage by them they did the required paint job but when i asked for vibrating they refused to do it and said its not from the accident and I've been mailing them and no one replied and I'll take the car from the garage without fixing vibration i highly don't recommend this company.

    Recommended this company to a friend. And now, I have my own doubts. Competitive rates indeed but without competitive service, perhaps?

    I got quoted a certain amount for a car. Checked the same car with my friend and she got the same quote initially but was later quoted higher! The agent claims that it's because her license was less than 2 years old and that wasn't taken into account initially. Unprofessional but, okay. I've never seen any other insurance company state a clause of charging extra just because the license is less than 2 years old. Moreover, when I checked with a 3rd party broker, they quoted an even lower rate for Tokio Marine and didn't insist on a 2 year minimum license tenure either. A broker charging less than the actual provider? This just got interesting.

    So, who should I trust here? Did Tokio Marine pull a fast one on my friend just because she's gullible? Or do brokers have no idea what they're talking about? The remaining reviews of accident repairs on Google and Facebook don't seem too happy either.

    This is my second year with Tokio Marine, last year there was no claim and unfortunately it my first claim in 10 years, a very pathetic experience. Before we take insurance the insurance agents promises a lot. But after accidents it is other way round. Since Thursday have been making multiple calls to insurance call center agents and rent car service provider (car fare) there authorized service but is it waste of time and energy. I decide to pay for the rent a car service and not to renew any services with Tokio marine in coming future until and unless they change this rent car service provider. The call center provided a mobile for booking customer complaint named shadaab but even after multiple calls the person didn't pick up the call nor didn't call back. "Not Recommended Insurance Company.
