The worst insurance broker i have come across.
i have requested for a refund on my car insurance and they have not done a single thing. i have been waiting since Mar-20, but they have conveniently decided to not respond.
Pathetic customer service.
please do not contact them for car insurance they have no after sales service.
i have so much more to write but saving my dignity by not demeaning them.response / report this review -

Took my money for a travel insurance policy and I entered my passport details as requested. I later got an email asking me to upload documents, the link was broken and I was unable to get them to answer the phone to talk about it (it was a Thursday evening, so weekend, then PH, so I assumed that was the problem). My trip is now over and they're still not answering their phones. I can only assume that I wasn't covered as I never received my policy documents. Far from good, paying for a service that I never got.
Update - they've contacted me as a result of this review, explained a system error and offered a refund. Appreciated.response / report this review -

Efren was always super helpful with myself, my wife and friends.
Very fast in responding and finding the best coverage and price.
The customer service (don’t know their names), were amazing when we needed their support.
We need more people like this team in the world! Thank you for everything, my family and I appreciate you all a lot.
