Gorgeous hotel with beautiful landscaping and a wonderful staff. My stay was perfect! I was surprised how big the guest rooms were! I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Dubai.

The best mall I could say. The best times are made here when you are in a group or accompanied by your ones. A great place to shop and enjoy your holiday or weekend. The length of the mall makes it hard to visit all the shops in the mall. But it's fun to see such a large mall.

If you want to 'get out' of Dubai but don't want to travel far, this hits the spot. Really pleasant setting, and now the hotel's been refurbed it offers a quiet place for a weekend, or even a meal one evening. The golf course is tight, and prepare for a few lost balls, but as Peacocks wander around and the woods and shade come into play, it's a calming place as well.

came here last year for the first time ever to this hotel and to Dubai all I can say is WOW! the staff our out of this world and they make everyone special to them and they will do anything for you and Vincent the umbrella man so so so polite every morning would come down after breakfast for our seat the minute he first saw us the umbrellas come out after a few days before we came we could see they already were out and all of the bar staff we great I personally miss them and so does my dad can't imagine why ; ) The shooters restaurant steaks are the best I ever had and on my mum and dad's 33rd wedding anniversary they made it the best time ever for them but they didn't forget me either

We have come here all inclusive and it is amazing. Staff are so helpful, attentive and go the extra mile to ensure you have an amazing experience. We have never had as good a quality of food and drink anywhere in Europe with all inclusive hotels I've been to compared to the JA Jebel Ali Beach Hotel. Definitely come back.

Its a nice hotel with good ambience. It is having a golf course and is near to sea. You may even see peacock there. The restaurants have good ambience. We went to a restaurant close to pool. We had buffet and the lunch was delicious.

This hotel is truly amazing, warm welcome from all the staff. Rooms are comfortable wether you stay in a sea view or garden view it's all stunning surroundings. We are in the floating fish restaurant and was beautiful

Loved the way we were picked up at the airport in a shiny BMW and the little detail of being welcomed at the reception with a complimentary tray of juice and small snacks went a long way! The cleanliness and freshness of the room is outstanding. The service offered by the members of the staff all around the facilities is simply exceptional. We loved the pools being heated to a comfortable constant of 29 degrees - this made our experience here perfect, as the outside temperature wasn't always too warm and yet we were still able to make our son happy and spend a lot of time in the pool. We also found it very helpful that the resort offers free shuttle service to the nearby amusement parks (Legoland) and three of the most popular malls in Dubai. Food is delicious throught the various places to dine at around the facility, but I personally thought that the pastry (croissants, danish and even the bread) served for breakfast every morning could do with looking and being more fresh and soft. We enjoyed the mini golf experience and we'd also suggest that maybe more children oriented activities and facilities would make the guests experience even better, as we noticed that there are plenty of guests travelling here with their children; I might suggest a water play area for children, as well as a dry outdoor play area with a variety of choices for the little ones to enjoy, have fun and exhaust their energy would be a great addition.

What a great resort. Away from places, they had incredible service! I really appreciated how every single member of their staff team went above and beyond on serving the guests. Large plot of land, the food and drinks are on the high side.

This is the best place to spend weekend the got it all beautiful beach with beach activities and golf courses fishing trips and great club food is great rooms are great with beach view I just love everything there

Could have been better for the hype and price. In the room I stayed, the air-conditioning could not be controlled and it was uncomfortably cold. Condensate was even dripping from the ac vent. Very few items from Indian cuisine were available in the restaurant. Internet through free wifi was not reliable with bandwidth dropping down now and then. The fact that it is quite far from the city is one major drawback. Maybe better suited for a vacation. Not good for a business stay.

It's a good Getaway from the hustle and bustle of city calm lot of greenery Peacock's roaming freely if you are lucky you can watch t h em dance. It also has a horse stable golf course. SUPERB PLACE

Absolutely stunning. Beach lovely, well it was until hundreds of kids turned up. Wasn't very quiet after that!!!!! Travel agent assured us that it was a quiet hotel. Excellent food, in fact, too much!!!! Staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. We tipped the beach/pool guy everyday and each morning was greeted with a huge smile, sunbeds, drinks and umbrella in place. Just what you need when having a hard day laying in the sun. Only downside, a good 45 minutes from the airport and downtown Dubai city. Would definitely go again .
