  Worse treatment ever received from insurance company. They refused my claim without checking the car. the claim evaluator refused to comply with police report ( his name is ameen Hammad)

  Worst service you can imagine. They charged me AED 100 just to give me the no claim certificate. To make it worse they could not take the payment over the phone or online and made me go to their office. Unprofessional staff and substandard service. Don't even want to imagine how they would've treated me if I were to make a claim! PLS Stay Clear!

  This company I meet them first in Dubai Traffic Police RTA counter. The price offer was good and look forward continuing this year.

  I had an accident and went to this place today. The staff were very polite, fast and good. They directed me to a garage to get the estimate the damage. So far so good :D lets see how long it will take me to get the car repaired
