well!!! i have read all the reviews above before going AxA Gulf branch Mall of emirates and i was expecting same kind of service but i found nothing like that people saying above and i was extremely happy and satisfied by the service i got the and i also found staff was very professional and friendly. That's the reason i feel like to write a comment.. what i will suggest to people just have patient and wait for you turn good job keep it up.

If there is a zero star, I would have given the customer service sitting at the counter in the mall. Not willing to support, not kind, not customer oriented. They are just useless. I suggest to hire people with good skills rather than non skilled staff.

Extremely poor service!!! Would not recommend company at all. They are impolite and customer support lady plays on mobile while serving customers. They also change paperwork requirements as it suits them. Have been battling for days to just cancel service with them. Staff barely speaks english and can't answer any questions, not willing to help. Super fast to take your money. Extremely slow and unhelpful to refund.
