Own a Jeep Grand Cherokee and engine warning light came on dashboard, called these guys and saw me within the hour and connected the diagnostic tool, established a system reset was needed after new battery installed. now it only took them 10mins but no charge and excellent service and really friendly & knowledgeable staff - will be bringing my car back for service in 2mths..

Worst management of a company I’ve ever seen. Manager lady was rude and had no concept of customer recovery or how to manage customers. Shouting at your customers is never good.

A garage that specializes in 4x4s, including 4x4 accessories, repairs and fabrication. Excellent service, knowledge, advice and workmanship. Took my new Infiniti QX80 to get a custom tow bar done for a bicycle rack. Staff was awesome and guided me through my options and provided great recommendations. The end product was super, efficient and cordial totally recommend the place.

In addition to high quslity mechanics and fabrication jobs they do the people there are welcoming and too friendly.

Really good service. I was a little apprehensive about using Icon as I'm not that mechanically minded and didn't want to get ripped off. However, Omar and the team were amazing, I felt I can trust him and he carried out all the work on my Wrangler to a high standard. Thanks to the Icon team and Omar in particular for the WhatsApp messages detailing, with pictures, the work needed. I'll be a regular customer.

While a little on the pricey side for parts, the mechanics are awesome and you get what you pay for service wise from the garage.
Don't expect email replies and they can't keep track of service history and requirements (they won't get back to you), but for the work you need done on the spot, over the phone and in person is your best bet to get a response and booking.
Have been going there for the last 5 years. Have occasionally tried other garages, but always come back to icon auto.response / report this review -

Nice little shop with decent prices. Omar is a very nice guy! 4 stars instead of 5 because their prices were slightly higher than those of other offroad specialty garages/shops.

Bad first experience " knowledge is a key to success " !!
Came to get an air intake. They suggested one with a good price. After waiting for around 45 min for them to finish they came saying sorry it's the wrong part and we can't fix it !!! So they went to fix the original one back. Once done I drove for 5 min and I got a call from them saying if I can come back as they forgot to put the the cover for the original air intake back. ! I love the front disk service but how can you trust such a bad , lack of knowledge workshop?response / report this review
