I have used Munich Motor Works on a consistent basis for some time now, and they have worked on various cars, carrying out body repairs, wheel refurbishments and service work. Billy and his team are totally honest, which is very rare to find, highly knowledgeable and very helpful. I always feel I am given sound advice and trust them with all of my car requirements. They are capable to work on all sorts of vehicles, and I have seen some rare cars like Pagani and Bugatti in their workshop, which shows the trust and ability of their team there. I highly recommend Munich for your car servicing and bodywork jobs!

Gave my car in to have the engine checked. The car was working fine and drove smoothly. By the time I got it back the AC was busted, and the engine momentarily stalled and quit whilst I was driving. They messed up somewhere in the process of reaching the engine to inspect. Quite clearly they did not care to do the job properly. I would not recommend at all. Furthermore, the staff and "management "are unprofessional, to the point where they don't address the issue that the customer is bringing up. Instead they respond to the customer reviews by pointing out whats wrong with your car. Heres some advice to the establishment: If a customer brings in a car to have checks done, simply tell them what needs to be resolved. Oh and while you do the checks on the car, don't mess it up even further in the process. But I doubt you'll take my advice. quite evidently you will waste your time replying to negative reviews as apparently your not very good at what your actually meant to be doing,

Really thorough and professional from start to finish. Worked with Jay on our BMW and he kept us informed every step of the way providing great advise and knowledge.

The body shop really are perfectionists when it comes to paint and detailing bring your old cars back to showroom fresh.

Great customer service with prompt response. I had the coolant tank replaced, the job was completed within 24 hours. Reliable garage with reasonable charges. I tried several companies in the last 20 years in Dubai, until I came across Munich Motor Works. The quality of work and service always met my expectations.

I was really struggling to find good and reasonable BMW service center in Dubai. The first day they dealt with my car very professionally to diagnose the issues my car was facing and came up with a quotation of AED 10,000 for my BMW 523i at first Which i refused then I selected only below parts and they quoted me AED 4900.

Front and Read brake pads with sensors
Ac filter change
Air mass filter
Engine Oil Change
Oil filter change
Spark Plug Change
Brake discs

I ended up paying 6100 in total but still was facing some issue with the break noise. I discussed the entire issue with the Manager. After carefully understanding the issue he took good care of my Car and I really appreciate his efforts and time taken to fix the brake issue of my car.

Initially was disappointed with the service and very high pricing. But at last satisfied with the gestures provided with service.

Incompetent and overpriced. I gave them two weeks to fully fix my car. They fixed half of it but said it was fully done over the phone without any mention of the other half. I come to pick up and I ask why the car isn't done and they say it was because I hadn't approved an estimate. A complete mess of an operation and I will never take my business here again.

Great service, competitive price and quick turnaround. Had my AC evaporator changed by them and the job was done in budget and 1 day ahead of expected completion. The quality of work is superb as well, no dash rattles after they removed and reinstalled the entire dash to replace the evaporator. Even washed the car before handing it over to me! Would highly recommend these guys!!

I purchased a used car from Munich Motor Works and i am happy that i made the right decision. I have had 3 issues with the car since i purchased it in October 2017 and must say that MMW was very helpful and fixed all issues as a gesture of goodwill without delay.

I would like to thank the MMW management and team, Mr Rbe in particular for handling the last issue i had with the car so professionally.

At one point i had lost the hope as it was hard to pin point what was causing the problem. However MMW workshop team have done a good job and i am once again a happy Customer enjoying driving my car.

Very helping and good reception. Conveniently located behind Times Square center and just a few minutes drive from mall of Emirates. I have given my Audi for major service and assessment and they remained very well connected with me for the process , they took 1 day for assessment and recommended the repairs and service in very clear and professional way, no cheating , no gimmicks and straight forward feedback. After getting the quote I realized that it was too much work needed to be done , which was exceeding the cost vs benefit in my opinion so I asked them that I will not go for it and I will pay only assessment charges , and they were kind enough to waive of the assume that charges , washed my car and returned back with a smile. Cheers for such a good level of Customer relationship.

Just bought a car at MMW. Their service and the way the transaction was handled exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend MMW, and specifically Dan from the sales team, for their professional approach and top quality service. the entire process between having a test drive and taking the car home took no more than a few hours which was very impressive.

I paid 12000 for my Audi S8 to replace the steering box but unfortunately got to know from RTA Official Computer Test that it was a duplicate and I had to sell the car at 60% less for trusting them my car :(

Been there today with AIG claim,They have very nice office decorated nicely with high end car Logos. Look like an official agency work shop. Staffs are well uniformed.

But all those impression went down when I met that rude insurance advisor. Later I checked with MMC to change the advisor but sadly he's the one dealing AIG .
Well I will update here more experience here soon.

As per his advise it will take 20 working (That's MMC policy,no questions please)to get approval.

If Munich wants customers to return back, I suggest they have better service attitude or better training of certain service advisors. 2 stars for service, subject to change when I receive my car back. Will be submitting a formal complaint about some of the staff. No comments on the actual car yet, I will let you all know when I receive it back (went for a brake pad change).

Munich Motor Works did very good job with my BMW 318ci year 2000 , most of the mechanic are Filipino's which means quality service and well knowledgeable. Service advisers are very helpful and exceed my expectations. Reasonable price for a genuine BMW parts.
