By far it is the worst service, denial staff and worst attitude. Buy anything overpriced for the warranty but still they will manage to put the blame on u.. Never buy anything from them, never!

A bunch of crooks. Unless you pay for the extended warranty they will wipe out all your data from the phone. What's the problem of the phone you may be asking? Touchscreen is not functioning using finger, only using the pen it is working. No wonder all people say bad thing about this center.
Update: I was a complete idot returning back to them after few weeks agreeing to pay the backup fees. After I left the device in the shop. I drove back home. And just while I was walking home the called and said it was defected because of water and it costs 940 AED that's more than half of its current market price. I was shocked and asked the caller to repeat again and again. Eventually I told him that I prefer to through it in the garbage rather than pay all this money. And that I'm coming to collect it now. I drove back AGAIN to find them closing and refused to give it to me. The jurk did not told me that they were closing. The shittiest service I've ever seen.response / report this review -

20 May 2017 Visited with my Huawei P8. They cleaned dust from my mobile camera and returned within 5 minutes. I was very happy for quick and good service. However my mobile which was giving about one day standby with reasonable use, which immediately gone down to few hours only. The mobile started heating up within 2-3 minutes. Visited again and talked same person. The person told that we did nothing, just cleaned the mobile. Told me should not go for its repair and I should get new mobile for AED 300-400 (rating my mobile with that much value). Any ways I ruined my mobile by visiting there. Time to buy new one.

I have got a very good help and support from the team since my IPad had a problem with the charger port which i were advised by others that i have to change the whole device, but Axiom team at Sharjah kornash branch has solved the issue.

Walked in and had to tell them that the token machine was out of paper and 3 ppl where already standing there . I asked if the s7 edge model has problems , he said it depends . Next he takes the phone and tells me that it might be a motherboard problem ( 3month old phone ) then he tells me that they where facing lots of problems with this model (amazing) i asked it they would replace it and the wonderful answer was" if it was an iphone they could but not for samsung"
Asked for his boss , no one showed up " madam helen wasnt there i guess!!!"
I ask for his name , he gave it and he rudly asked me to go make a complaint .
Customer care at axiom..
Dint leave my phone coz i forgot my ID at home ( the only thing he did properly i guess)

I have given iPhone 6S two times to them and always an issue as they replace with refurbished phones or used phones which are repaired and they say replacing with new one.
Hope they will work with Guinness and don't make customer fool.
Again I have to to for replacement and they will give old repaired used phones saying it's new .
