Clean and large size room.bathroom is comfortable but no bath tube in standard room no idea about sute rooms. TV size in room is bit small but many channels available including 4 Indian channels. Hoskeeping is very responsive to the calls.corrective action has been taken immideatly for my complaints about londary service. Visited Harvesters pub not covered ,good atmosphere. Breakfast in La Piazza is okey. You can see Housekeepingand and lobby staff with a smiley face always it will make you too happy. I was happy with my five night stay.

Great location. Near mall of emirates. Just walk to the right of the hotel about 300-350m. Room nice and tidy. For bfast they serve international buffet. And the hotel staff are polite and the guard are humble, definitely gonna stay again..

Cherokee country duo, we play in the western steakhouse, Mr Samir , I think was the manager at that time, last time was 5 months over the winter of 91 and 92 until Ramadan, enjoyed Abu Dhabi very much, .

Excellent 7-night stay, reception, concierge and house keeping staff were all super helpful and friendly. Good location and a steady stream of cheap taxis outside to take you where you needed to go. Clean room and usual Holiday Inn standards. 👍😊

Stayed there for one night only.. but the rooms were clean as the beds are very comfortable. The chechin desk was very helpfull and nice. The staff in general are helpfull. The location is in the city center which is very convenient. Their breakfast menu could have been better though.

Central location in the heart of Abu Dhabi city. Lots of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Good place for travellers with easy convenient reach within the city and good transport access.

First and foremost the concierge and staff are very nice and helpful. Facilities are well maintained and clean. Depending on your needs they have a room for you. The kitchenette rooms available are adequate for the traveler, short term guest, but limited in there capabilities for an entire family slightly. Basically appliances and cookers smaller than you may typically be accustomed to in a residential home. Overall the breakfast and buffet are good, And make an effort to severve international accepted staples in food selections. IHG website is tricky, I tried to book with points, somehow that didn't work, and when ask to fix it after arrival I couldn't. As the hotel was fully booked. Overall I enjoy staying here,and would recommend it for a trip to Abu Dhabi, if the basics are you requirements.

Just spent 3 weeks here and can recommend. Staff are biggest asset, room cleaning by Sali and supervisor Edna perfect . Rooms spacious if a little dated, facilities all you need.

The only plus are the rooms which are big. Other than that there is nothing much to brag about this property. The breakfast spread is poor and limited with staff least bothered about refills

was our first time to stay in this hotel 2nights and we really enjoyed.All the staff were so helpful especially Rovelia,khin and James the security.The rooms were clean n the restaurant sorry cant remember the name where we had breakfast was amazing,really enjoyed evthing and would def come back.Thank you.

Nice and beautiful hotel. Offers Economical stay and the food is really good. House keeping staff and room service is pretty excellent.
There is a bar downstairs which is also great and economical.
