Abu Dhabi's Iconic Hotel is really a place to live. I recommend to Stay at the Floor No 24 for the City View and Swimming pool on the 31st Floor gives you chilling view of the city.

You can easily access the Al Wahda Mall from the 3rd floor of the Hotel.

Named as 5 star hotel and has that stand. Good atmosphere, have various varieties of continental food available. But food was bit costly better to avail room which includes breakfast

Perfect place to stay while visiting Dubai. A very very cordial staff to attend to all your basic needs. Free shuttle service to visit various sight seeing places. Excellent Hospitality.

This hotel scores highly as it provides excellent and friendly service in all departments. Credit where credit is due, from Nicoll in the foyer to Arlene in the Club Lounge, all the staff we encountered really went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible - nothing was too much trouble for them. If you want to be made to feel completely at home then this is a hotel I would strongly recommend you try.

I loved it here!
Exactly what one would expect from a 5 star hotel, only one tiny tiny grievance, one of the lights in our room was only half lit or dimmed for a better word.
The food was amazing, the room was amazing, the staff were simply pleasant, efficient and happy to serve.
Only wish my stay there was longer to thoroughly enjoy all the amenities offered. Even so, I would not take back the days spend there for the world. I'd happily spend all my vacation just in the hotel and not complain.

As a hotel is nice but I didn't like the service and the miss communication between the staff! As I had to do a late check out as we agree with the staff that was on duty with one day before and second day they call me from reception that if I wanna stay more I need to pay extra!

I wish I can give a minus star for this "hotel"! Very bad place the staff are very unprofessional, management don't know what is happening and when they do then they do nothing about it, the cleanness is big ZERO especially the rooms and the health club very dirty place. There was no hot water in the health club and all lower lockers were full of layers of dust!!! They do crazy things and never responded to any calls. I have sent all the points with photos and video to the sales who was handling our account "Anissa" who was also not professional at all. As for "Esmail" the front desk manager, he disappeared when there was a real issue with his non professional colleague the last day of my checkout. Housekeeping use to open my personal stuff and they broke my makeup several times. UNFORTUNATELY, I had to stay there for 6 months -with no contract- yet they did not credit my points to my membership although they repeatedly register my membership in their old system. The hotel side turn to be a prostitution place in the night with room booking too! the very last day I was checking out, I had an approved late checkout till 6pm, i cam down at 6:30 (as I was waiting for the usual late bellboy) so the acting duty manager -who was far from being a manager or a staff of a hospitality place- created a scene to correct his colleague's previous account mistake when he miss calculated 1 night so he made me pay the rack rate of 1 more night for 30 minutes!!! on top of that, he was shouting at us, he took pictures with his private mobile of our car which was illegal to do, and even he ordered the bellboy to bring down our luggage from OUR car while we were at the reception waiting for HIM!!!! this is the worst experience in AbuDhabi and in UAE. I always stay in Millennium hotels, but after this property I will always think twice before booking any new (to me) millennium chain! I regret spending the time there as I was there through the company. Anyway be careful people! I am glad I left that so-called-hotel.

It's a very nice place. 5-star service and beautiful views. The only issue with this hotel is its location. The presence of the mall makes it very difficult to drive into the area, especially during the rush hours

We had an amazing experience with the Millenium. Our room was huge with big windows and the bathroom was fantastic. Adding to it there is access to alwada mall from the car park so no need of walking outside the building. The price was also fair comparing to the 4 star hotel in dubai for same number of days excluding breakfast and extras. We are so glad we chose you for our holiday. Thank you for your hospitality

A very large centrally situated hotel close to Al Wahda mall. Easy pedestrian access to the mall make it a tourist and shoppers favorite. However, for car access the entrance is difficult and time consuming.

Overall Good Experience. Nice and quite room with a good bathroom. Near the shopping center (can be accessed from Floor 3 of the Hotel, but the way back is confusing. Try to remember the floor of the mall that you enter). Top floor has a swimming pool and bar. Friendly staff and good welcome.

From entrance, reception, staff, room, breakfast and overall experience was perfect. Exactly what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Seamless and hassle free service, I would recommend and always prefer Grand Millennium for my future visits to Abu Dhabi.

Worse breakfast experience in Wahda Restaurant. I need to search for my sitting & the stuff not helping. Food is not variety. The restaurants stuff is not responsive and organized. Somebody take my omelette. I see kitchen stuff arguing with the manager. Food quality is not good. Not worth my money.
