  .. plate no Jeep Grand Cherokee leased for 1 year on 10.2017 by me. 
  
  I have AC problem and back heater always on without button on. Hence I informed call centre.  
  
  My car collected by recovery track on 23.12.2017. 
  
  I called Hertz to ask the car condition today due to its 4th day. For small think 4 days is very long to fix. 
  
  The gay told me that this collection does not in the system and as per the system car still with me. 
  
  Kindly fix the problem soonest and inform me please. 
  
  It's very disappointed condition and I feel wounded. This conversation unacceptable with your Hertz line. 
  
  How come you lost the car or trough out somewhere else and awating 4 days there. 
  
  Unbelievable.  
  
  I will consider this for you the way treated your costumers.

  Only one of the four counters was manned. Understaffed. And this isn't the first time I've experienced this. Otherwise Hertz is cool.

  Do not give out any credit card details they might charge you for some outrageous charges without your consent just like what happened with me until I going out that my card was limit from what they charged 36 days after returning the car without notifying me!

  I ordered a Toyota Camry 2016 for rent. It was in excellent condition and we'll maintained. Best part is we can return the car to any Hertz office. I recommend Hertz for friends and family.
