  Bought a Samsung TV at 13:06 which was delivered to my car by one of their staff and with the distance to home until I reached and opened the TV box where I got it damaged. Gave them a call at 14:16 to tell them that it’s broken and I’ll return it.
  
  I was told that they can’t assist me in anything and I have to complain to Samsung and see what they will do for me.
  
  Still waiting to know what’s going to happen with them.
  
  For customers (don’t spare your time even visit their shop because their job is only selling and after selling they don’t care about anything). Other electronics shops are way higher and better than them.
