One of the worst experience I had with maintaince team ,I checked in my flat with scratch on main door and reported the same ,on exiting and moving out they charged me 2500k .
If u shake hands with them u need to calculate your fingers .

Its So proficient company in real state in UAE there rent cost is so reasonable and fair. they take care of there customers, there maintenance services is so good.

This ASPM is one of the pathetic property management in Abu Dhabi. Their staff is completely improfessional, lier and no cooperative. Most of the staff is biased and having low teprament. They talk like an uneducated person and shout out on their customers. Cleanly Ness in the apparent buildings are very bad and the watchman of building are busy in washing cars of others rather to perform his actual duties. In my apartment A/C blower burned out and after several complaints still its not fixed. One of my friend lost his job and he needs to refund his rent for which ASPM deduct 2 months rent and refund rest of the money very late. It's an advise for others to avoid ASPM when you need any apartment or villa in Abu Dhabi specially.
