As landlord dealing with them was below my expectation. My unit was rented for an average of 200 aed per day, which make no sense for a studio in Address Dubai Mall. I was getting around 2000 to 3500 aed per month. Far below the expectation. Furthermore, the communication was not as expected and far from actual. I moved to other holiday home companies which has clear forecast and their actual are almost 95% to 120% from the forecast which is great, and this is what I expect from holiday home.

It was a very pleasant experience with my dealings and stay at Westminster Dubai Mall. A very classy treatment and first-class customer service and their interest in us during the stay. I extend my sincere thanks, appreciation and respect to Ms. Iman and her good cooperation with us and her upscale reception. The services are all at the highest level, the location, the cleanliness and the view.

The apartment at The Address Residence Dubai Mall was very nice , clean , well furnished and fully equipped .
I will recommend this to my relatives and friends..

The apartment is amazing. You can expect a comfortable bed and a super equipped kitchenette. The bathroom with shower meets the modern standard. Overall, a great apartment with a great value for money. The apartment is very centrally located in Downtown Dubai. From here you can reach Business Bay very quickly. But the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall can be reached within a few minutes. In this respect, the apartment is ideal for tourists and workers alike. The tower also has a super nice pool and a well equipped gym. Hany and Osama are two young, aspiring and reliable landlords who are eager to make their stay as comfortable as possible. I had a problem with the shower, which was fixed within an hour. Overall, I can recommend the apartment in good conscience, as it corresponds in any way German or high standards.
