Bought E65BTNC last April 2019 at Mall of Emirates, after few months a sudden hairline crack appears on the left ear pods, which I wonder it was used only in editing Videos and etcwhen I visited showroom at MOE complaining the quality everyone was running out my way wondering why?i raise the issue, they called their office to verify and they said it is not coveredI emailed them with the issue with all contact numbers but no one is bothering”Poor Quality and Customer Service”
