I don't know how this hotel got to a four star because they definitely don't deserve it. They treat their guests poorly, especially at reception (shoutout to WAZIR). They only tell you the facts without providing an actual solution to the problem. It seems as if they don't give the slightest care about their hotel's reputation. So if you are reading this, please save yourself money from booking this hotel. I am pretty sure there are a lot more decent ones out there in the same location.

Very poor service! We only requested for an early check in as we don't have any control of our flights and they keep on repeating that the check in time is 2pm. No help at all, no solutions given. They want us to book an entire night and just use the room for 5 hours. I asked for a manager and they keep pushing us back. If there's a rating below zero I would definitely do.

Staff are friendly and accommodating, but some pillow cover are not clean and the bed is a bit itchy seems like the bed sheet is not changed.

Our arrival during the early hours was efficiently handled and we welcomed the refreshments whilst we checked-in to our upgraded room.
The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The breakfast provided a wholesome start to the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a convenient location to The Mall of Emirates and metro.
I thoroughly recommend anyone consider booking this hotel based on our 10 night stay.

It was a nice bar with the good barrel house staff friendly. But two person was trying to ruin my night think that i can't pay my drinks there! He keep on asking to his staff ! If I'm not wrong he is manager and his supervisor I know this I was drinking in the bar counter and I heard everything.. please this is not nice!!!! Respect your guest!!!

Be careful when you need them to rent a car . they stolen on my credit card on February at this hotel. Be careful. They took $408 dollars extra for security deposit and they never returned me back . I called them many times and I called my bank too but I lost the case because they lie to my bank . This hotel is a fraud. I wish never stayed at this hotel and also they were unfriendly .

We stayed one night during transit from Australia to Dublin. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, food in the restaurant was quite nice and the room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Great friendly staff from the manager to the doorman all are very helpful and nice. Room I had was large and very clean. Food was good. But the breakfast food could be improved to accommodate world wide travellers. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends so a great hotel for any visitor to Dubai

they requested full payment on arrival. didn't trust that I would pay I guess. not fully happy with the breakfast. staff was friendly. but the hotel seemed cheap. 1km from mall of emirates

It's a beautiful Hotel, located near the Mall of Emirates. The rooms are very spacious. There is an Indian Restaurant named Fusion inside the Hotel. Luckily I got to enjoy Live Indian music in d night, which was absolutely awesome.The food is great too.There is a Cafe on the Ground Floor which is also very cool and contemporary. The staff is nice and polite, extremely helpful I must say.
Overall I had a wonderful stay here.
