Friendly staff at the reception and they are also very helpful. The breakfast array is very very good. We had loads to select from. The apartment rooms come fully furnished with kitchen utencil and washing up.There is a lady at the reception dedicated to helping tourist with places to go and things to do. We found this extremely useful during our stay. If you are lucky you get a room with lovely views.

Pros- Good location. Good food. Kitchen and wash facility in the room Cons- bathroom tiles are from ice age (may not be the case in other rooms). No power sockets near bed. Even on the desk, I had to remove the TV plug to charge my devices. Small room when compared to other similar hotels.

Good breakfast. Room is medium size. Great location. Swimming pool is good with kids section. I wish all construction around hotel area to be finished soon

For me, I rented a room in this hotel solely for the convenience of its location, being walking distance away from the mall. Breakfast is good, although I don't think you'll find yourself eating lunch or dinner here, given that you'll highly likely be out. Room was clean, great amenities, free wifi. Great value for money.

Great hotel located near to Mall of the Emirates. My room a king suite was extremely large, clean and comfortable. I had the half board package. The meals breakfast and dinner were mixed and included hot and cold options. The hotel staff were amazing and checking in was quick and easily. Will definitely stay again.

2nd time staying in this hotel. The room was spacious, nice and clean. The pool and steam bath is relative small compared to the hotel in my opinion. Good gesture on the hot cookie for guest during check in.

Hotel is very close to the mall of the Emirates, 5 minutes walking distance

Stylish Doubletree hotel, interior design better than the photos on the Hilton website suggest. Spacious rooms (at least the premium ones), great and very personal service, friendly staff. Lavish breakfast buffet with an all out combination of European and Asian choices. Some of the details in facilities, elevators etc a bit outdated, though. The area where the hotel is located is a bit off the main track

What a great stay and one of my best Hilton experiences to date! Upon arrival we were greeted and our bags carried inside, when checking in we were upgraded to a fantastic studio room and our bags were carried up to our room as well! 5* stay thank you!

OK hotel. Close to Mall of Emirates. Rooms are fine. Do not expect any luxury. Sometimes visitors party in their room while staff accepts that. So would not recommend for families.

Amazing food and stay 5 mins walk from the emirates mall. We had lovely breakfast and lunch every day. I'll give them 7 out of 10 . Lacking gym facilities and swimming pool isn't great

A contempory designed hotel that will with out a doubt please the architectural enthusiasts. The service is excellent from start to finish and the room more than pleasing. Walking distance to one of the biggest malls in Dubai, the Emirates Mall. The breakfast is of superb 4 * standard and will not disappoint. Highly recommended by me.

Loved the customer service. They were so friendly. Breakfast was good. Bathroom excellent. I just didn't like that there were little stains on the carpet and on one of the chairs in the room. Aside that the room was cozy!

The hotel is location is walking distance from the Mall of the Emirates, like 15 minutes walk. Rooms are very unpredictable. I was told that I was given an upgrade but the room was terrible. The AC was pointed on my head in bed and the light from the corridor was right on my face as the room was a corner room. Had much better experience in this hotel than this last one.

Great hotel located within close proximity of Mall of the Emirates. Awesome service and teams but an important point is this is a dry hotel. The DoubleTree signature welcome cookie is always a treat 🤗. Would recommend the hotel mostly for families.
