Look elsewhere for rentals and work
Might seem like a fancy company as it is under Emirates National Group. But in reality it isn't.
Car rental: vehicle availability is always low, cars usually have high mileage and are old models (compared to other companies), interior/mechanical issues.
Work: low salary, salary transfer is more than 40 days late, no bi/yearly airplane tickets, no commission (if you're working front office or in sales), petty cash takes ages to be refunded, no HR policy (unprofessional HR staff), certain procedures upon joining aren't refundable (Emirates ID application), and they do not pay your end of serviceresponse / report this review -

UPDATE: I received a call today telling me that they want to charge me 12,000dhs (~4,000 USD) for the issue mentioned below. As far as I can tell this is a scam where they hand over a faulty car and make you pay once it breaks down. Beware!
Rented a Mitsubishi Mirage from here (which stank of BO) that broke down on the highway because of a radiator problem after only 4 days, and they had the nerve to say that it had nothing to do with them. I then used the replacement car for another 3 days and returned it the morning after and they charged me for a full 8 days, not even considering the inconvenience of me having to sit on the highway for over an hour with groceries in the car until the replacement came. Fast way to lose customers. Definitely the last time I rent from here.response / report this review -

Very very poor service the employees are not proffessional and non-comptent at all. I have rented a car and they didnot unblock my credit card deposit amount even after 2 months from returning the car however i am contacting them everyday moreover they have charged me for one additional month eventhough i stoped the contract and they have reimburse half the amount after one month and a half. I advice you not to rent from this place
