Fast Rent A car , am regular customer since 2013 using their services , they really do have amazing team for Abu Dhabi i dealt with all locations , very smart guys and very friendly i will never change them , promotion time to time and to be not hide from their loyal customers. i hope if they can work on loyalty card program to their regular customers.

I would give zero stars if it was possible. The car I had was old, scratched, dented, dirty and smelt old and musty. Absolute disgrace. I don’t even mind driving an old car but the price should reflect the quality of the car. I could have hired a brand new car from Dollar or National etc for the same price. They also take the money from your credit card for the deposit, unlike some companies who place a ‘hold’ on the card. I hired the car from Fast in Abu Dhabi Mall. Never again

UPDATE: I received a call today telling me that they want to charge me 12,000dhs (~4,000 USD) for the issue mentioned below. As far as I can tell this is a scam where they hand over a faulty car and make you pay once it breaks down. Beware!
Rented a Mitsubishi Mirage from here (which stank of BO) that broke down on the highway because of a radiator problem after only 4 days, and they had the nerve to say that it had nothing to do with them. I then used the replacement car for another 3 days and returned it the morning after and they charged me for a full 8 days, not even considering the inconvenience of me having to sit on the highway for over an hour with groceries in the car until the replacement came. Fast way to lose customers. Definitely the last time I rent from here.

Service and communication is terrible. You get what you pay for here. Cheap monthly rental cost but cars are older/filthy, models not as promised on advertisments, and a headache to modify anything on the contract. Wouldn't recommend.

I have been taking Rental cars from Fast Rent A Car since the last two years. My experience with them has been a very good one especially with the Guys at the Airport Road Branch. They have all types of Cars that I need & their Service has been the best I have got with Car Rental Agencies ever (I had a very bad experience with a local Car Rental company earlier in my tenure here). The personnel at this Branch are very cordial & friendly especially Mr Mohammed Aamir. They can get you the car even at short notices and that too at competitive prices. I have also recommended them to many of my friends & colleagues and anyone who has rented a car from them has thanked me a lot.

I have been renting vehicles from Fast Rent A Car regularly for last 2 years. I have received excellent service and for the most part, the vehicles have been clean, serviced and road ready. Besides the online deals and good qualities of vehicles, the excellent customer service makes this place a best choice for car rentals.
I cannot speak highly enough of the staff of the Fast Rent A Car at Airport Road, Abu Dhabi. They are understanding and compassionate about customers need and urgency. All of the employees with this rental company I have encountered were always really helpful and polite. I wanted to highlight the excellent customer service of Mr. Muhammed Aamir, who has always been kind and very professional. He has a pleasing smile and understands customer’s situation. I can recollect quite a few occasions when I needed a vehicle urgently and he accommodated my request and smoothing things for me. Also, wanted to mention the drivers who helped me understand the features in the car every time I got a different vehicle and for their kind support and patience. I have recommended Fast Rent A Car to many a friends and family members.

I rented with fast for 3 years in a row. Had no problems with them at all. Once my car quit because of battery. They came to my school and exchanged the car Inside 45 minutes. Twice people hit the car I was driving. Both times it was parkedthey did not give me a hard time about it. My only complaint is that once they gave me a car to drive that had been in a previous accident and I was turning in a car that had been backed into so that was not so good. But overall, they provided me with food service and were nice. They work with you where as some others have rules and guidelines that seem too strict.

I plan to use them again for my last year and YESi could have purchased a car after renting for 3 yrs but it's all good.

So unprofessional- I returned my car and forgot my house keys in the chain- I called directly and informed the operator that I am heading to the airport and someone will pick the keys- Until now they couldnt find me my house keys and I am returning tomorrow night, so I cant access my house! Not recommended at all

customer service and they say a lot of lies , before signing the contract. when you sign you done have to pay for everything ! make sure you make a lots photos and recording conversation.

Very efficient service, however gentleman who served us on the first day seemed very stressed, did not smile once but I must say he became a lot more friendly as our "relationship" grew. First impressions thoughgotta mean something??
