Unprofessional service and you have to keep calling hundreds of times to get your work done. The employees doesn't have a sense of how to talk with their clients.

Very unprofessional, you have to wait lot of time some counter are just sitting idle even-though customer waiting, I done visa hold and unhold, after unhold They didnt tell me i have to apply for refund separately which coz me delay of 7 days
