I booked a private yacht for my wife 40th birthday last November for a party that was scheduled for July 15, 2023. We were hoping to have a great experience based on the information online and the reviews. We travelled all the way from Canada.
We had the shock of our life. This company can ruin a well planned event due to lack of good management. We realized there was a miscommunication between the management and the captain for the yacht.
To our surprise all the things that they promised in the package were not provided.
When we got there the captain was not aware that cake, birthday decoration and refreshments were supposed to be included in the package.
We had to wait for an hour for this set up. As I said earlier, this yacht was booked last November with the hope that my wife would have a lovely and memorable 40th birthday in Dubai. And there was a enough time for planning.
In addition, we were provided with a yacht with non functioning AC system, The yacht was not exactly what was shared in the picture online. I am sure you all know that Dubai is usually hot in July. We had a few children with us and they all got sick because the AC was not working properly. We had a terrible experience.

During my stay in Dubai, we had a lot of activities here. But only renting a yacht from Book Yachts Dubai makes me very relaxed and happy. We enjoyed the good quality food. I’ll recommend this company again.

I went to a yacht party with my friends on 88 feet Yacht. We had a great time cruising. We clicked photos in front of Burj Al Arab and Atlantis. The BBQ was delicious and the crew who made it was very kind. I would like to come again for a trip. But as of now, I have a lot of good memories.
