Feels like the worst option for long stay:
- No soundproofing is done in the window frames and walls. Sometimes you can hear the drain in next apartment, of course during the night in the bedroom.
- Fire alarm randomly activates
- If you want to have a walk to JBR you'll have to wait for 10 minutes on the crosswalk because it's the slowest one in Dubai
- Tram always signaling when doing the turn at the intersection and for sure you'll hear it in the apartment.
- In 1BR there are no shelves and small storages for your stuff/clothes. You will only have relatively limited wardrobe in the bedroom and kitchen
- No sockets, storage units in the bathroom
- Saturday nights are the worst with amount of nosie coming from the street.response / report this review -

A Memorable Stay at Sparkle Towers - A Romantic Getaway
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sparkle Towers with my wife during our wedding anniversary trip. Our experience on the 35th floor was nothing short of extraordinary:
From the breathtaking view to the romantic Marina promenade below, and the exceptional service provided by the building staff, every aspect of our stay was delightful.
First and foremost, the view from our room was simply magnificent. The panoramic vistas of the surrounding area were awe-inspiring, creating a truly romantic ambiance throughout our stay. Watching the sunset and the twinkling city lights from the 35th floor was a memorable experience that will forever be etched in our minds.
Moreover, the location of Sparkle Towers was ideal for couples seeking leisurely strolls along the Marina promenade. The vibrant atmosphere, coupled with stunning waterfront views, made for idyllic romantic walks. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area, indulging in delicious cuisine at nearby restaurants, and immersing ourselves in the lively surroundings.
The service provided by the building staff was another highlight of our stay. They exhibited a high level of professionalism, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and efficiently. Their warm and friendly approach made us feel welcome and valued throughout our time at Sparkle Towers. Vibrant street view of JBR in the evening with a lot of cars cruising on the street. I can occasionally spot some cool supercars too. However, it takes quite some time for pedestrians to wait for the traffic lights to turn green. Perhaps the equivalent transportation department can work something on that.

Great location in Dubai Marina. To get there may take some time from SZR. Way out is much easier. Layout of some apartements is interesting as kitchen is remote to living room.

Wouldn’t recommend moving here. We moved here in January and are high up in the building facing the marina and can still hear the traffic noise (people constantly beeping their horns) all day and throughout the night. We will move before our tenancy is up.
