  Very disappointed in the customer service received. 😐 I called to book an appointment, literally needed the back of my neck cleaned up and they insisted they were going to charge me 250aed /$69/€61/£52 !!!! Even after I explained it's not a full haircut I need, I simply need the barber to clean it up around the edges. I even spoke with him too and he told me he couldnt help me! I'm in the industry myself and, will always agree people should be paid what they are worth, however, that was simply not justifiable! Very very disappointing..

  Worst hair cut I ever had. I showed the lady stylist a photo and discussed what I wanted and the stylist did something completely different . Cut was uneven and completely ruined my hair . I went to another another salon to try to have someone competent correct the cut but it was mostly beyond repair . Go somewhere else if you want a professional..
