I went for fingerprint and the service in female section is so slow. No proper calling of number so people are confused who’s next. Its like a guessing game for everyone waiting for there turn to serve. There calling “next” instead of calling the number token. There are 3 lady police inside the room but only one is working. Very slow service and they are busy chatting. Instead of getting the signed/complete form after the fingerprint process they’re telling people to go back and collect the next day. Its a hassle for everyone especially those who are having a 1day off only and want finish the transaction in 1day. I hope they will improve there service more efficiently so that they can serve more people.

Fingerprinting for FBI form 258 can be done here for 120.00 dirham per fingerprint page. Come early because it gets very busy and there's no number system so it can become like a "fish market" outside the male fingerprinting door.
The officers do their best to keep order, get you in and out and are quite busy so stay patient and polite. There is temporary parking near the main entrance, GO EARLY! 😁response / report this review -

Excellent service. For Police Clearance Certificate don't forget to bring your Passport copy, Visa copy, Emirates ID copy, two pictures and more importantly AED 220 in cash. They have a new ATM but don't risk it.

Exelent service all staff, big free parking area but some time difficult find parking but 20 minutes free parking there
