  i got accident on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road on 1st Oct 2018. Truck driver hit my car from back side and run away. police ambulance came and take me to hospital. i took treatment there and after 2 days went to Jabel Ali police Station for case. i was shocked that officer said the truck driver run away and how we open case when we don't know him. i said that's why i came to police station. you need to catch and investigate him. officer said no there is no camera so how we can catch him.you take your paper and repair your car yourself. this is how Dubai Police working. he damage my car badly and even chassis also finish. i don't know where i go for complain. no body cares either you live or die in accident.

  All the officers are rude even when they are the ones at fault. There is a real problem here if you think to yourself that you'd much rather not drive that risk having to deal with these kind of people.

  Staff leaving even before their working hours ramdan working hours wrote until 2.30 even in 2'o clock not available there went 2 time and bad reply come next time.. Nobody cares
