I had my windshield cracked. I landed at the reception. An officer approached me and asked me to have a seat. Narrated the issue. Asked me for EID, Driving License and Car Registration. In exactly 1 minute. He asked me for 120dhs cash, printed out the report and voila! It was done. The compete process didn't take more than 10 after parking my car.

Helpful officers .. always busy .. but telecommunication agents are not available at all .. you have to go there and do your stuff by your own knowledge. Hope to get over this issue soon.

Extremely helpful and neat police station! The facility is absolutely stunning The premise is that is a corporate office. The architecture and interiors are superb!

Being a new resident I had to go for 1 time before being able to process my papers via the app.
The experience was surreal!!! A female parking! A polite smiling employee who offered me patchi chocolate!
And it took me 5 seconds to finish my process

Outstanding service. Very spacious waiting area with a partition dedicated for women only. They even have a kids corner and a library with books in both Arabic and English, suitable for both kids and adults. I visited more than once for various reasons and the officers were always patient and more than happy to help in the most professional up-to-date ways. Vending machines available!

صراحة أسوأ خدمة إهمال للقضايا يعني قضية جنحة بسيطة من ٢٠١٦ لين ٢٠١٨ و كل مرة نفس الكلام توكل بنحولها النيابة و لا مجيب الا بعد وصول عميد الله يجزيه خير الي ما قصر فقسم الجنايات تابع القضية و عطاها الاهتمام المطلوب

Came. Did the queue. To get the report you need to have the money in cash and right amount. And there is no place to change money. I had to go away. Change and come back and do all that queue again!

Outstanding service. I visited the station to issue a good conduct certificate and report a bounced Cheque, and the process for both issues was quick and straight forward. I haven't noticed that I forgot my Emirates ID at the counter, until I've got a call from the station informing me to come and collect it . Went today to collect my ID and again, all easy and took almost no time. A special thanks to officer Abdul Rahman for his support and courtesy.

I am consistently shocked by the audacity of these government workers. Today I went especially early to pay a fine and take my ID at the Al Barsha police station. There was only one clerk behind the counter of the women's section and she decided it was perfectly acceptable to have a 10 minute long personal phone conversation while I was sat directly in front of her waiting patiently for the ID. The most shocking and insulting part is that she continued to chat, laugh and smile while gesturing with her hands while I was looking directly at her, clearly in a hurry to get to my own workplace without her making me late.
They have no respect for other peoples schedules and the fact that people are taking time away from their jobs only to have it wasted by disrespectful and unprofessional clerks.response / report this review -

To save you time :
Friday and Saturday is only for emergency.
Normal complain you have to go from 7am to 2pm weekdays.

Good location in junction of Al Kheil road and Al Hessa road. New building with friendly staffs. Organized by queuing system. There is no ATM at building so if you need cash to pay penalty or fee better to have cash ready!
Visitors parking outside of compound for 30 min available. Free WiFi available here🤔response / report this review
