Quasis police station is having 5 star rating but my personal experience is bad than anything .. Really it's bad experience in life. Don't want to say more than this . Only one good thing is free limo service when you get stamped from reception.

Worst service!! Twice went to this police station to clear my fines, both the times he didn’t even bother helping me and told me to come later even though he was sitting idle and talking on phone.

Someone crashed into my car from the back while the traffic was stopped, had to go to this station for accident report. Officer Khalid Ali Muhammad (if I remember well his name) helped us a lot, has been very friendly and greeted us with smiles. Thank you !

Had been to Al Qusais Police Station last week to obtain my Police Clearance certificate after registering for the same online. There were 2 officers at the reception counter. The person ahead of us just left just as we walked in so the counter was empty. We got to the counter and stood there expecting them to speak to us. They both kept talking to each other without even looking in our direction. Their conversation seemed casual and went on for a couple of minutes. I interrupted and told them that I am here for the Clearance Certificate. The person at the computer didn't even bother to ask me for details. He just continued to talk to the other officer.
We stood there for a few more minutes hoping they would assist us.
Since that didn't happen, I again interrupted them and told the person at the computer that I was here for my clearance certificate and that I had already done the registration and payment online. His response was "Give me paper!" I handed over the receipt and again waited a little while. After about 5 mins of typing something in and chatting with his colleague, he gave the receipt back and said, "Now you go!". I had to ask him for clarifications since the procedure is completely new to me and I didn't know where I was supposed to go. He then elaborated by saying "Now you go. It will come in e-mail!" and continued his chat with his colleague.
This was my first ever experience at a police station here in Dubai and a very unpleasant one at that! I know Dubai takes pride in how they handle their residents, especially ladies. This police station is likely to be a black mark on their pride with officers like this choosing to neglect the basic civilities of handling customers.
I have heard that Dubai Police train their officers at the world-famous police agencies. I wish and hope their standards do require their office staff also be trained as per international standards so that they can uphold the quality standards that Dubai has always taken pride in!response / report this review -

One of the best police station. So polite, helpful and friendly. Lots of enhancement in order to save people time making many services available online instead of going and wait. Good Job. Thanks to Dubai police headquarter.

Service is very bad, I got cheated by 3 Pakistani guys , I went to police and I told police about how it happened, they said khali balli , they can't take that complaint , and they even didn't listen what we are trying to say .
