  Ordered an Item from their website and they said it's going to take 5-7 working days to deliver.
  After that followed up with them they said it's out of stock.
  Unnecessary waste of time.
  Was my worst online shopping experience.

  Unreliable company. Unprofessional staff. Worse delivery schedule in UAE. Zero respect for customer time. Zero respect of their own scheduled installation appointments. If you respect your time, skip Danub

  Very poor service provided by the milano call centre team. The lady who is handling the call centre is very harsh towards customers. They seem to not have any record of customers in their system. Better to keep the actual invoice or else you will loose out on the AMC, would not recommend their service.

  Don't buy their products. I bought Milano brand from bathware set and they started rusting and staining even before 6 months of use. See the pics

  Don’t buy anything from this guys,bad service,very slow,the staff are not trained,manager in festival city branch doesn’t know his job.
