I am writing this review for the JW's Steakhouse as I have had a dinner in Feb 2018. The steaks in this restaurant is just excellent , they have different dishes with different option, it is a small restaurant in the basement, The decoration is classic but very nice, I felt I am at home having my rib eye steak with red wine. the prices are reasonable. the staff are very nice and very professional.

Best steak I’ve had in my life. That says a lot, coming from a carnivore. JW have won multiple awards for the quality of their foods and it shows. The seasoning, the condiments, the quality of meatthey all just come together in a magical way.

This upscale restaurant is situated within the JW Marriott hotel and open for dinner till late. Booking in advance is advised if you’re like me and don’t like to wait.

Waiters and waitresses are extremely professional and knowledgeable about the menu. They often give suggestions to complement your order and is always spot on.

The appetizers of bread and garlic butter are on the house together with the chocolate rich deserts. You really do feel great value for your money.

The environment has a mafia restaurant feel to it resembling a high end downtown New York restaurant for when you need to close a bigger than life deal.

I make it a ritual to pass by there every time on a long layover in Dubai. Truly exceptional service and juicy meats. Heaven in my mouth with each bite.

Having had an excellent experience at JW's steakhouse at Abu Dhabi, I had the same expectations in here. Firstly I would like to mention the great and friendly service. The starters were good too, then we ordered a Wagyu Ribeye, from which all the disappointment came, it was cold, they've grilled it with too much butter that you could not taste the actual meat. The friendly waitress offered us a swap for one of their Angus fillet, which was cooked without the butter and thus way tastier.

Are you serious??? This place Does NOT deserve more than a star at the most !! Food not hot enough, overpriced sides, wines are the cheapest ones and overpriced also and not even mention the steaks !! I got the monthly special and it was a lump of lard with a little bit of beef in it not worth the money they charge !!! Never again

What a disappointment, after reading all the rave reviews on here I decided to visit the restaurant and judge by myself. I ordered a tomahawk steak for my main (highly priced meat item on the menu). The meat was just average and very fibrous, my sharp knife could not cut through the meat as it had lots of tendons running through it. I didn't enjoy it and for 400 AED, I expected to at least enjoy the flavors. Mine didn't come grilled but half boiled (don't ask why). I also had a crab cake which was nothing to shout home about and a desert which was just OK. So very disappointed and regretfully I won't be tempted to come back despite a very attentive and friendly service. At least I have tried it.
