I would have given a rating of 5 stars if the ribeye had been superb, I must admit that it was properly cooked as medium, but the quality of the US ribeye meat was not great.
The side orders of creamy spinach, and foie gras were excellent and I highly commend the chef.
Fair setting for a romantic dinner. The service was great as well.response / report this review -

We visited on Christmas Eve and it will be an evening remembered. For the quietness of the place, the kindness and professionalism of the staff, but above all for the best Châteaubriand we ever had the pleasure to share. Not cheap especially when it comes to wines. On the other hand the quality and the perfect cooking of the meat were worth the visit.

If you’re looking for a Fine Steakhouse or a fancy restaurant, the answer lies inside the iconic Fairmont Hotel on Sheikh Zyed Rd, Dubai at The Exchange Grill. The multiple award-winning restaurant has some classy interiors and is very spacious.

It's by no means cheap, but the Exchange Grill is so far, the best steak I've had in Dubai. Nestled away on the second floor of the Fairmont, I received fantastic service from beginning to end, great wine (although I stayed away from the top end of the wine list) I was even given a complimentary starter and dessert. I left full and happy!
